The wait can be a little long but not as long as everyone is saying the employees are very busy sometimes forgetting to be a little more friendlier so that’s understandable the food is so delicious sometimes I go twice a week I like to go there sit and enjoy my meal chicken sandwich is to die for my son loves their chicken tenders overall I love this place employees are so helpful also specially a young lady with long hair very young so beautiful comes out to offer us refills on their drinks. Go job keep up the good work.

Disappointing experience! They tell you 5 minutes for chicken tenders and it took more then 15 minutes. They bring it to my car and didn’t bring the sauces I asked for or my drink. I ordered spicy chicken tenders and they gave me regular… I asked for a regular coke and they bring me a Diet Coke. They ether need to pay better attention or just get new staff.

Can never go wrong with their chicken sandwich. The food and the service were excellent. The only problem encountered that they were out of most of the stuff we ordered. They need to keep a better stock of their supplies.

Had a few issues, 1st, Mild flavor chicken was a 20 minute wait, 2nd out of some side dishes, , 3rd forgot order of extra biscuits that I ordered. This was in 3 separate occasions. Food was good and most cashiers are helpful.

tried to give this location a chance because the potranco location is USELESS. well anyways long story short they forgot to give me 2 spicy breast pieces. ordered 14 mix with 2 large sides and 7 biscuits for $25 (not cheap to me), came home with 12 pieces, tried to call them but they would not answer. my family was looking forward to each having a spicy breast but only one of us got a spicy breast after all!

This place is definitely going down. Why? Because the service here is beyond HORRIBLE!!! I honestly don't think they know the meaning of "Customer Service". I know wherever you go there's a wait not a problem. I ordered my food and I had to wait in front of the store and i sat there 20 minutes but nobody ever came ouy, so I went inside and they completely forgot about MY ORDER!! So today my son ordered two 8 piece nuggets, he came out and I was gonna try one, well there was only 5 nuggeta! LOL, WOW! In the other was 6 nuggets. WHAT THE HELL! I love popeyes but I'll ptobably refrain from going there anymore. SO sad. 😒

Terrible service.chicken was over cooked. This is the location on ww.white rd and Houston st. Half the time the cashier in the window is high on something. Need to change employees or get a better manager. Never went back. Glad it's closed for remodeling hope they can come up with better employees.

Popeyes employees really do enjoy their Job, they also enjoy their customers, however some customers felt to understand ,there isn't enough employees to make, fix or hand out very many orders at once.
Wish some not all customers could see our hard work.
