Mcdonald's

Horrible experience. I Frequent here and it’s never been above average service, buts it’s the only McDonald’s on the way home from the kids school. Tonight took the cake though. Or utilize the mobile app to place an order, and chose to do pick up, but the doors were locked so I wasn’t able to do it. The app is not easy to navigate to get my mobile order number and I was having difficulty and when I try to explain it to the drive-through, they were very rude and inconsiderate and kept interrupting me as I was trying to explain that I was having difficulty and even was unable to ask for help. When we finally did receive our food the fries were rock hard and cold the nuggets are cold and taste old and I received a beautiful attitude from the young lady at the window it’s unfortunate that McDonald’s on over offers quality customer service. So disappointing. I hope that they chose to fix this. So disappointing.

Customer service isn't in this location's best interest, ever. After multiple trips and issues with my order EVERY SINGLE TIME, I thought it was time to write a review. I also complained to McDonald's through their website. Guess what I got? A band-aid. Not a refund. I got coupons to come back. So I used one, got attitude at the counter, after waiting 4 minutes to be helped, looked at, or even acknowledged. Another visit, another disappointment. This McDonald's is not improving, and I believe the franchise owner should do something about it or sell it to someone who cares more about hiring people who care about their customers. The drive-thru is always super long, the wait is always ridiculous, and by the time you get your curbside order, it's cold because you've waited 10 minutes for it, had to go in to complain, and it's missing items. Every single time. I do NOT recommend this McDonald's. It will be worth driving to another one or choosing a different place altogether.

The quality of service at this particular McDonald's is always pretty good. Although I always check, I rarely have items missing from my order. I drive past another McDonald's on my way to this one because....they have a lot of issues getting orders right. 27 June 2022: service is still pretty good here although they still seem like they are a bit understaffed. The crew was working hard but looked like they were having a hard time keeping up. They were working fast, but seemed like there wasn't enough people to meet demand.
