Mcdonald's

Complete garbage for service. Cold fries, Quarter Pounder with Cheese, guess what no cheese, Sweed Tea, that was well not sweet. Stood outside the door for 15 min as they stared at me and just kept doing what they were doing. Did I mention I called their number at least 20 times, all rang to voice-mail. Needless to say I an not going here again.

I used to compromise on the quality of food for the convenience of a quick meal, but now it seems like we have to wait 20 plus minutes every time we use the drive thru. They need to pay their staff better if they are struggling with short staff. I had the worst experience with them last night. I'm done. Good thing we have plenty of other and better fast food options in the area.

Update: I visited this McDonalds on 21 August 21 and my experience still stands. The food was hard and was not fresh this time around. I am dropping my review star from 4 to 3 stars. The food quality has dropped and has to be improved. The Chicken Nuggets was hard and the french fries looked as it was in warmer to long. I would recommend the management and the McDonalds team to really take a look at the quality of food going through the drive thru. Currently, I would not recommend this McDonalds. However, I will try again in the future to see if my experience will change. --------------------------------------------------------------------- This McDonald's served food fresh. I just wanted to say thank you 🙏 for being open on Christmas night for a bit. I’m pregnant and got sick the week of Christmas I was unable to go to the store and with my pregnancy brain, I accidentally burnt my breakfast which I didn’t eat and burnt dinner so I didn’t eat all day! I went to see if there was a chance any fast food just might be open, and even though there was a long line, you guys made my meal perfectly with no mistakes and the line went quickly! I know it must suck to work on Christmas and I’m so sorry you weren’t home with family but I am so thankful for you guys and I just hope you get a special day of recognition for your hard work during the holidays thank you again!
