Wendy's

I ordered two jr bacon cheese burgers and a medium drink. Almost $10 and my burgers were raw, not cooked correctly. That’s a health code violation. I ate one since I was unaware and it was dark in my car. Decided to check the 2nd burger all pink. how is this place open ? The worker at the window called the cook to come look at it but they refused. Maybe they had an off day I get it but that’s putting people at risk .

Have you ever dread going to a restaurant because the employees are rude and unprofessional. Well at this wendy's I absolutely dread it. The reason why I ordered from this wendy's is because I bought breakfast for my mom. In my experience other wendy's are not this rude and unprofessional. This is not my first time experiencing this problem with wendy's at this specific location. My hopes are better trained staff, we are paying customers. I understand sometimes life happens and perhaps they're having a hard day but please just be professional.

Not very happy with my order, meat wasn't made fresh like they say they do. Meat was previously cook , and just barely warmed up , because cheese didn't even melt, fries were stale like if they have been sitting for awhile. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this fast food, If DAVE was still around, he would FLIP!!!

I personally used to work at a Wendy's, So, I know the protocols. First of all, I walked in the Wendy's and all the tables were filthy. I was here for about 30 minutes and nobody wiped down the tables. Additionally we were the only ones in here so it wasnt busy. Second of all, when ordering my meal, I stood there for five minutes as they did not acknowledge me and just looked at me every few minutes. They eventually acknowledged me and didn't do the usual greeting they are supposed to do. The fries were refried and thats the only reason they were hot. I know how fresh fries taste and how they look. They were salted well but they were soggy. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich it came out pretty slow, and my chicken tasted as If it was sitting there for hours. It was rubbery and did not taste fresh. They were nearly out of all their beverages, and completely out of sauces. In general, it makes Wendy's look very awful. Even if they are short staffed they could make it work. My Wendy's was often short staffed and we still continued to achieve an overall satisfactory rating. I hope this rating will help push to make this Wendy's better.

My order had cold fry's, spicy chicken sandwich bums were burned but at least the chili was hot. But had no hot sauce. Maybe all this was because the manager and three of the crew were in a car in the parking lot. Who knows what were doing, definitely not working that for sure. Will never go there again!
