This food was amazing! I never have had such a great jack experience
This Jack in the Box has really gotten better over the years. It looks like they fired the old crew and hired all new employees with new managers. So, the service and the food is really good now. They seem to really care about there customers. And the food is cooked and prepared better than ever before. It's improved 110% then how it use to be years ago or even a year ago.
There were times they would run out food, but that's no longer an issue. Even the nuggets taste good now and not like dirty cooking oil that hasn't been changed out in weeks. So, this Jack in the Box has become my favorite Jack in the Box in San Antonio. It's a really good place to eat now and it's also a safe place.
Last two times this year, I have been extremely happy with their carryout food, special offers & service at Jack in the Box on Nacogodoches Rd. In the past, sometimes their service was on the slow side probably because of understaffing. This Jack's location had brought in a vending machine for customers to place their orders with intent to replace workers. It didn't work out since this machine was removed from premises. Each visit we've taken advantage of their two for one offers of Classic Buttery Jack, Sourdough Jack, or Jumbo Jack. Depending on what you want on your burger, any of these burgers would fit your tastes. They were juicy, delicious, and satisfying. On my trips to Jack's between 1100-1200, customer traffic has never been heavy. Never a long line. No changes since last visits. Less coupon offers. Staffing better.
The guys that worked Saturday night were awesome great customer service. Food was hot n ready to eat. Keep up the good work drive thru.
The New staff were very polite and very professional and the clean environment was A+, I was very impressed with the food, it was cooked perfectly and very delicious. Bravo Zulu to the new staff.
I don't do reviews. But whoever the team was 8-29 around 12pm was great. Sounded nice . The food was good and fresh. Good good good!

We had placed an order with an “outside delivery service” it took a while for the food to get to us(cold food)
We decided to go to restaurant and Luciano the staff member replaced the order for us at no extra charge. That was something he didn’t have to do and did explain to us that the delivery driver was in a corner playing on his phone :-(
Hence why our food was cold :-/
Luciano went out of the way to make sure that were completely satisfied with our purchase :-)

So after not having any idea what to have for dinner we whipped in a Jack In The Box on Nacogdoches and Judson and we're treated like true Champs! I believe his name was Perkins was amazing and very apologetic for not having what we had ordered and made it up to Us times 10! I do recommend enjoying dinner at Jack In The Box! Customer service and was very friendly to us all! Will definitely be going back to visit Jack in the Box at Nacogdoches and Judson Road thank you for the great service!!
