A very nice selection of Asian dishes. Looking for dinner one night and came across this in our online search and picked up carry out. First let me say probably my all time favorite soup from a Chinese restaurant is chicken corn, and many places do not have it. So I am very pleased by this. Next we got an order of cream cheese/crab Rangoon which were very good, nice and crispy with a creamy filling. We also tried sesame tofu, which was good, chunks of tofu with a light batter, and stir fried with veggies and a sweet and sour/general tso type sauce, flavor wise it was very good, but the coating did not stay on the tofu very well. We also got a beef dish, I forget exactly which but I believe sizzling beef or something similar, very tasty, tender beef, in a nice spicy and sweet sauce. I recommend it, and will be back.
Good food. If it's not on the menu, they make it the way you want it.
Been ordering food from establishment since 1992. One of the best Chinese food in SA. Portions are great and fresh. Family owned and definitely recommended.

While i love Chinese food, there are so many that are just horrible in San Antonio. I'm almost reluctant to try new ones. Today when i saw how good the reviews were, i figured, what the heck. We fortunately got in before the 3p lunch menu ended. I got sesame chicken, my son got the orange chicken and the wife got the generals chicken. For the lunch price it came with soup (egg drop), 1 egg roll, your choice of rice (steamed or fried) and of course the chicken. The egg drop was very good as was the egg roll. The order came out VERY fast and the breading on the chicken was crunchy and the chicken was tender. The chicken was all white meat as well. We all agreed that all of the food was excellent; better than golden wok, pei wei and as good or better than pf Chang's. With all three meals, 2 waters and 1 coke the total was $34; you won't come close to that at PF Chang's. Service was good and very friendly albeit broken English. I highly recommend this place. Don't let the hole in the wall look deter you.. It's really VERY good quality food at a good price.

Was in the area and in the mood for Chinese food and wanted to try a new restaurant besides where I usually ate. I found this place through Google and the reviews seem very worth trying. It definitely did not disappoint at all. I am so glad I found this place. The Kung pow chicken was delicious along with the rice and egg roll. The sesame seed chicken was the bomb. They both had just the right amount of heat (spice). The food was not oily or greasy, nor was it dry, and the chicken they used was tender. The vegetables they use in their entrées were very fresh. Service was very good and the food did not take long at all considering we were there during the lunch hour for their lunch special. They have a lot more to offer for their lunch specials compared to other place’s and at a very reasonable cost. I think I just found my to go to from now on. Good Bye to Golden Wok and PF Chang’s.
Update; weeks later ordered delivery from one of the delivery apps. My food order was kind of skimpy on the entrées portions and to go orders do not come with a soup.
We went to have dinner last night for the first time & let me just say… DELICIOUS!!! We ordered a good portion because I was craving everything and they did not disappoint. This is the real deal! I’ll definitely be coming back :)
i did however take my own sriracha sauce.
Delicious food as always. This has been our go to restaurant for many years. Stopped in for dinner. The staff are friendly and helpful and provide excellent service.

Attention people who used to live on the East Coast and miss that Chinese food… this review is for YOU!
Hubby and I decided to venture out tonight (kid is on vacation with family. Why not?)
We were dying for Chinese food and we know that we have been severely disappointed with the Chinese food in San Antonio. We looked up on Google and found this place and thought, eh why not?
Looking at it from the outside it doesn’t seem like much but it is SO GOOD! The rice was the closest to the “yellow fried rice” on the east coast. It was in the wok perhaps a second too long but the flavor was insane. I knew when the waitress asked if we wanted the “red pork” we knew we found the right place.
I had the orange chicken and it was insanely good. Great flavor and a touch of spice. The egg roll was probably one of the best we have had! Husband had the general Tso’s chicken and it was bursting with flavor! The staff is amazing and super friendly. Expect to wait a little if there are other tables but it is worth it!
Been coming here for years and they never disappoint the specials are great and food is always very hot and delicious
Hello all. This place is awesome. Genuine cuisine. Fresh ingredients served family style portions, served fresh and hot. They have a wonderful atmosphere. Truly a hidden gem. The staff are all in this together to make your dinning experience fantastic. The food is amazing. There is something special on the menu for everyone and they also have vegetarian options as well. Also a great kids menu. They have large dinning areas to accommodate your family dinner or a gathering for your special events. Plenty of room. Check out this little gem.
Delicious food as always , this was my friend’s first time trying this place and she loved how her Lo Mein tasted . I loved my sesame chicken with fried rice , egg roll , and brown. The workers were so welcoming and kind making sure you were being attended to and let you take your time eating .
We stopped in for an early dinner. From the moment we walked in, the staff was so attentive. I got the beef and broccoli and everyone else got beef fried rice. All the food was good. It came out quick and tasted fresh.
I absolutely love this place! The food is always great and comes out quickly, and the service is top notch! The staff are very caring and make you feel very welcome! Definitely an instant favorite!
I had the Double Beef and Shrimp (Szechwan style) and everything was delicious!
