Burger King

They don't sell spicy chicken salads so what y'all talking about got cold spicy salad if they don't sell it lol y'all funny . The employees are really nice even when customers give them a hard time . ill always go back to this location . The managers are great also (: just a great burger king all together always have my order right an amazing food

Very good service !! Very nice employees . fast food service ! Clean environment . Gets busy 12pm-3pm , employees trying there hardest to get the orders out , if you never work for a fast food restaurant , than you won't understand how busy and how hard its can be when you got rude mouths & disrespectful costumer's !! But this burger king is amazing ! I'll be back !!

This is my 7th visit. This Burger King has one of the most excellent staff of people I've ever seen. I believe BK has been given a very bad rap. We as a group of people need to rethink Bk. This one restaurant has changed my mind. The DM is a great man Louis I think is his name. Knoshia is a night mgr. This young woman's attitude toward people has not only amazed me but it's given my theme for the month of may. It's finding and writing about the amazing people in places that I shop. Great customer service is hard to find here now. No matter the challenges that thia young woman may face throughout her life she will meet and beat anything that gets in her way. Knoshia you are one of the best people I've ever met. Please keep that smile and know you may not be told by customers but we appreciate the great amazing job you do. To all of my followers if ever in San Antonio Texas please come by this bK say high and know your food is delivered and prepared with love kindness and great fullness.

The food is always the right temperature but this location attracts some questionable characters. The staff are a hit and miss on correct and fast orders v.s slow an inaccurate orders or repeating orders multiple times. The concussion area has always been messy with the exception of 3 times. The katchup pump has been out multiple times. I understand these things happen but it's a management issue. They also had equipment stacked in the back as if they were going through a remodel. The parking lot is also clean and near a whataburger. I give it 3 stars because there is room for improvement and clean up.

The food is what you would expect from burgerking but what makes this place special is the service. The person at the window of the drive thru was a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service. He reminded me of a time when people really cared about each other and all this happened in just a two minute interaction. Thats how good he was. I never got his name because I was in the pasdenger seat but i went on 2/6/16 in the morning so if you are the person who worked the window that day, be proud of yourself. You are a great person and will do well in whatever you do. Keep doing you!
