Chose this place randomly, and I'm glad we did. With an extensive menu, it was hard to choose, so we ordered the ones labeled as "favorites." The kids LOVED their food and we were even asking to buy more to go. Their spice levels are 1-5 and at level 3, my Drunken Noodles got me glistening. The only server there was very kind and as attentive as she could be. Definitely coming back with the family and bringing my coworkers here for lunch.

I've ordered the Panang and Massaman Curry. Their Curry wasn't quite on point with what I wanted. You may love it but I like more of a presence of the coconut milk. It's a small place with 1 waitress. She is good on service though.

I take my wife for the first to a Thai restaurant, she didn’t like the cuisine and the flavor contained some sweetness. Kids also not liked that made me take all their portions as well 😄 All tasted good.

If you live in San Antonio and you haven’t been to Baan Thai - 🤷🏿‍♂️ I recently dined at Baan Thai and was blown away by the delicious and authentic flavors of the food. From the Fresh Rolls soup to the Broccoli Peanut, every dish was expertly prepared and presented. The service was also great, with the staff being very friendly and attentive. One standout dish was the Drunken Noodles, which had the perfect balance of spice and sweetness. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable, making Baan Thai a great value Overall, I highly recommend Baan Thai for anyone looking for delicious and authentic Thai cuisine. Whether dining in or taking out, this restaurant is sure to impress.

Food was yummy. Textures and flavors. Crab Rangoon was air light crispy and the dipping sauce was accommodating.

This was a wonderful surprise find and the sweetest staff! Tucked away in a small shopping center and didn't disappoint. My husband had the seafood specialty, and I had green curry. Select your heat from level 1-5 and 3 blew my socks off! We will definitely be coming back.

I've been eating here a long time. I used to come for the lunch specials when working in the area. Recently ice been visiting for dinner and trying more of the items on the menu that I've never ordered here. So far the majority of what I've ordered has been really good. My favorites are still the beef salad and the beef pad thai. Food always comes out hot, portion sizes are pretty good and prices are fair. Not cheap but not overly expensive either.

This is a little hidden gem. The food was great. My wife and I had the BBQ beef. My daughter had the beef pad thai level 3 spice and my son had the red curry chicken. All 3 were excellent. The BBQ beef came with a side sauce that had more spice than the pad thai level 3. It didn't bother me or my wife. My son is a lightweight when it comes to spice so he was hurting a bit with the red curry chicken, but he took like a champ. The server was entertaining and talkative. Very nice. Granted we were the only people in the restaurant, there was a steady flow of people picking up their order. This tells me that there is a strong love for this establishment. I'd recommend this spot to anyone looking for good Thai food.

First time here, but definitely not first time for Thia, this place was very good, we had the Pad woon sen with shrimp and no veggies, and also the pad see ew with beef, both were very good. Spicy level 2 was very mild. These two dishes are our staple and that's how we rank thia restaurants to our favorite place. This place is right there with it. We will be back. Server was very nice and polite.

Took a chance at a new place tonight and did not regret it. We had the spring rolls, drunken noodles, and green curry. The spring rolls (five of them) were HOT and crispy. The drunken noodles were drenched in a delicious sauce and perfectly cooked vegetables. The green curry (naturally a 1.5 on the spicy scale but felt more like a 2) was creamy delicious. The sauce was slightly thinner than I was used to but maybe for the best? Also the proportions were larger than we anticipated! All in all we were very happy with our food and service, we will return and take advantage of those lunch specials next time 😉
