I stopped by to pick up something quick before heading home. I do not have Jack-N-Box close to me. I ordered 4 or the two tacos and a couple of Supreme Crosisant breakfast sandwiches.
Service was quick. My order was repeated back to me and ready within a few minutes. The team member was courteous and professional.
I didn't rate the atmosphere 5 stars because I didn't go inside. I also didn't see an N/A choice in the rating.
I hope that when you visit, your experience is as good as mine was.

Wen-t inside and Ordered a breakfast jack with sausage. The young lady was smiling, in a good mood and attentive. She took my order right away and my food came out in less than 5 minutes. Great job and great customer service 💪👌👍👍👍

This little jack in the box is a little ghetto looking. But like we know looks dont determine the place. This one here I love it so much me and my girlfriend we go and are food is so fresh thnk you guys I love have fresh fries fresh eggrolls fresh everything. Great service from the manager and Samantha.

It is a small restaurant but Manager Mahin was amazing and very friendly. She takes amazing care of the lobby and the restrooms were clean and fresh. Would definitely recommend and would go back. Keep up the great work team!!!

What’s the saying about Jack in the Box,”Jack in the Crack”! Look people don’t believe everything you hear. The LockHill Selma and Blanco road JB is okay with me. I get hot food every time I’m there. I have to wait patiently but I get the best service there when I do.

I used to hate this restaurant 2 years ago and didn’t go for the longest time because of its employees messing up orders and one of them even asked me if I wanted to buy drugs from him?! But recently I’ve been coming every weekend morning and I never ever had problems since! It’s obvious that their trying to improve things to me.

I was a bit concerned because the cashier was a little short with us when taking our order and we had to pull out of the drive thru and wait about five mins for food. But it was SO worth it! Never in my life have I had jack in the box so fresh, hot and tasty! And the cashier remembered all the condiments we asked for and then some. We'll be back!

I would have done five starts however after they received payment we were ask to pull forward out of the drive through lane to wait more. Thankfully there wait was shorter then McDonald’s.

The reason this fast food restaurant is getting 5 stars is the service. We went around 10pm. I wish I had the cashier's name... But the woman working the drive through was so friendly, patient, had a warm voice and was just nice. Made us feel good about getting dinner there. The food was hot and fresh. Just what you would expect from a Jack in the Box. Good customer service is getting harder to find. This employee is an asset to the restaurant and hopefully the management will see this and be about to see who we are talking about and praise/reward them accordingly.
