Taco Cabana

This was my first time coming to this Taco Cabana on Culebra. I came on Thanksgiving day and got 2 dozen bean and cheese tacos.The staff that worked this morning on Thanksgiving was so good especially a young girl who answered the phone and I think she was the same girl who worked the drive thru window. Amazing service and my food was too. Best Taco Cabana.

Me and my boss stopped here for lunch a few months back. We went through the drive through and ordered our meals and drove up to the window to pay. The young lady, Alicia, I believe her name was, was excellent on drive thru, excellent communication, very pleasant attitude, great over the speaker, we never felt rushed or anything, and she made sure our order was correct and that we had everything we needed. It stood out to me because I have worked drive thru before, and have actually worked at Taco Cabana before as well, and she is absolutely the type of employee that is hard to find and that you want working for you. I can't tell you how many times I've been through a drive thru and you can hear in the voice of the employee behind the speaker that they don't want to be there, don't enjoy what they're doing, and could care less if you are happy with you meal, and can even be rude to you sometimes. So I wanted to write something here in the reviews because I feel that excellent customer service like Alicia displayed is worth acknowledging, recognizing and celebrating. So to whoever manages this location on Culebra, you have a great employee in Alicia, hope she's doing well there and I wish her the best!

MEGAN A is the name of the sweet young lady who attended me right now and I gotta say this place has definitely changed. Beginning with sweet employee's such as her. She went above and beyond to make sure my order was right. I had stopped coming her due to other employee's who used to work here that were rude but today I was greeted and treated so welcomed with this young lady so we will definitely be coming back. Thank you Magen A for your wonderful service you won me back over.

After work, I went to pick up some breakfast for my Mother. You can always hear the sound of the tortilla maker humming in the background, keeping them hot and fresh for your order. This location was clean and well stocked. She loves the salsa from Taco Cabana. She had the Mexicana plate, a Barbacoa taco with freshly diced onions, a bean & cheese taco, and a Diet Coke. She was very happy that we were able to have breakfast together.

I ordered some food delivered from here today and it came early and was still hot and delicious. I ordered three crispy tacos. They were the best tacos I have had in a long time. They were loaded with meat and cheese, not mostly lettuce and tomato. They may not be the most authenticate Mexican food, but They are my favorite nearby.
