It was 15 minutes till closing, I placed my order online via app. I didn't expect to get a good quality meal due to last minute order. But I admit, I was wrong. The pizza was perfect, pepperoni good to perfection, sauced perfect, and plenty of cheese. Ordered 2 mixed pastas and cheese sticks.
For being slammed on a Friday night at 7, they kept their cool. Customers upset that they walked in before others but pizza not being ready. Others getting orders before them and getting angry. This PH location has ALWAYS done a great job with my order - I order from this location often, and there is rarely an occasion where something was missed or incorrect (the time or two something was missing, they were quick to fix it).
There is still an old issue to paying orders using my payment information record on your Pizza Hut system which make me to update or put new payment information in. It is a terrible wasting time!
Really good pizza great prices. I was shocked because all the other pizzerias in San Antonio just flat out suck. Coming from NYC it's a shame that we can't find decent pizza here. Thus one exceeded our expectations.

This is not the best Pizza Hut in town. I wouldn't say it's the worst either. Most of their business is delivery. I've been there a few times and it has never been busy with customers eating in. The service is slow, and you have to ask for drink refills if you want more than the initial drink.
