I literally live here, it's like we were meant to be. Best pizza ever, as though it was made from the Gods.
It was 15 minutes till closing, I placed my order online via app. I didn't expect to get a good quality meal due to last minute order. But I admit, I was wrong. The pizza was perfect, pepperoni good to perfection, sauced perfect, and plenty of cheese. Ordered 2 mixed pastas and cheese sticks. Order was delivered fairly quick to our hotel. My family and I enjoyed, hit the spot! Will definitely order again from this location.
For being slammed on a Friday night at 7, they kept their cool. Customers upset that they walked in before others but pizza not being ready. Others getting orders before them and getting angry. Mine was ready when I walked in because I ordered online and showed up 25 min later. People need to understand it is based on when the order was placed, not when you walk in for pick up. Hats off for knocking out the orders. I got stressed seeing pizza after pizza coming out the oven so you know they were busy
This PH location has ALWAYS done a great job with my order - I order from this location often, and there is rarely an occasion where something was missed or incorrect (the time or two something was missing, they were quick to fix it).
There is still an old issue to paying orders using my payment information record on your Pizza Hut system which make me to update or put new payment information in. It is a terrible wasting time!
Really good pizza great prices. I was shocked because all the other pizzerias in San Antonio just flat out suck. Coming from NYC it's a shame that we can't find decent pizza here. Thus one exceeded our expectations.
Pizza was acceptable. But seems like it can be a little bit more in the oven. The center felt like raw. But it was ok.
This location is the best Pizza Hut location I’ve gone to in over ten years. The staff seem to love working here and take pride in the quality of their food. This is not always something you see in fast food joints, but of the 3 times I’ve ordered for various events the food arrives ON TIME and very quickly. The food is restaurant fresh, toppings on point, the temperature is hot, and actually delicious. I’m not sure I can credit the difference in all other locations except for the staff. Event the boneless wings where moist and perfectly coated.
I’m at a list for words because I feel like I’m taking about a sit-down restaurant, Michelin Star place or something, and realistically it is Pizza Hut, BUT somehow it tastes better. Thank you all, you’re doing great.
I do not understand the poor ratings for this locations - I have never had a problem with this location and my family has been ordering - carryout - pizzas from there for 3 years.
I've ordered from here several times and normally it was okay and sometimes bad...we ordered yesterday 2 pizzas over the phone for pick up and it was The Best we've ever had. The lady at the front was kind and it was hot and fresh! I know normally people only comment to complain so I wanted to be sure to say Thank You!
