Little Caesars

Dear diary, today I went to little Caesar’s. To my surprise a lady caught one of the employees scratching her a*s and packaging some wings. Good thing the employee still gave the wings to the customer yum 😋. I totally recommend going here if you love eating bread with a side of a*s. Make sure to ask for extra sprinkles 🤤😋 👁🫦👁💦

How can you get something so simple so wrong. On a very limited budget this month. So I was good and didn’t spend money going out to eat throughout the week. As a treat, I decide to pick up a cheese pizza for my mom. I ask how much is the classic cheese pizza even though I can see on my phone it’s about $5.45. The guy taking orders tells me $6.45. I make a remark saying the price is cheaper online. So I swipe to a picture of the extramostbestest cheese pizza, and I ask him, after I show him a picture and price of the pizza). How much is this one? (price was $7.45). He tells me that the extra cheese pizza is $7.45. I say, “Okay, I want that one.” He rings me up and pulls a pizza from the warmer. I think I got lucky cause I don’t have to wait. So when I get home, I open the box, and there is a pepperoni pizza. My mom hates pepperoni. OMG!!! I showed you the picture before I ordered! YOU HAD ONE JOB!!! And to boot the pizza was over cooked with very little cheese on it. It’s rare that I have a bad experience at Little Caesar”s, but this was definitely one! (And, they had a lot of people working there that night.)

This is the 3/4th time I have come to get pizzas from this location and every time I come in to order pizzas all you hear is the cooks as well as the managers cursing at one another and talking stupidities. The cashier would yell back that she had certain pizzas coming back and the cooks would literally yell back “ the next order you call back you better be the one doing it yourself “, as if it was a bother yet this is their job. The only reason I still come to this location cause the other location is a good distance further. Management needs to be replaced as well as the cooks. I think the only nice people there are the cashiers. Place needs a crew overhaul.

We came twice in one week and had the same problem both times. It took over an hour to make two pizzas- nothing crazy or custom, just two regular pizzas. The second time we came, we went inside to ask if there was an issue. Turns out they had finished one pizza early and left it out instead of putting in the warmer. They hadn't even started the second one an hour later. But they gave us a stale order of the crazy bread so all is forgiven 🙄

Terrible location, I had an issue with an order and the manager told me they purposely don't answer the phones. Today my husband went in for an order and the employee threw the pizza on the counter at him. I called to speak to a manager to let the know the pizza we received was burned and not cut and we can't get thru because they don't answer the phones!!!
