Today 25 Dec 23, we were putting together our annual family Christmas bags for the homeless. I contacted this McDonald's store Manager (Stephanie) and explained what I was doing and she said well come by at 11 and I will take you!
OMG she and her team provided the most Outstanding services, she and her team helped make this family outing for the San Antonio homeless community GREAT! Making this outing one of my families best, we will surely ONLY work with the McDonald's going forward with our annual Family tradition!

This is probably the best ran McDonald’s I have ever been to. Service was amazingly fast. I made a special burger and it was 100 percent correct. The manager is 100 percent on top of her game. If your in a hurry and want your food correct this is without a doubt the place to come to.

The McDonald's on 281 in Hillcountry Village is clean, service is quick, and employees friendly.
The chicken nuggets would be better if they were a tad crispy. The fries are good, but don't let them sit too long after preparing them. I know it saves time, but lukewarm fries are not great. Still, overall, 4 stars as food wasn't cold, overly greasy, or bland.

This McDonald's had one of the cleanest dining areas as well as the kids playground area. Very well taken care of and worth every dime we spend on lunch. The kids had a blast and so did we plating tag after we ate. The kids happy meals were amazing and my 4D combo was SOOO good!!!! We will definitely be back and make the extra drive to get here. Excellent experience for our first visit. Thank you!!!🥰💯

While it was drive-thru only at the time, the lady working window 1 was a joy to chat with for those few minutes. As hectic of a time she was having she was still friendly, and bubbly, and made the wait not so bad. This was about 2 am this last Sunday morning. I do hope her manager and higher-ups see this and let her know.

Ordered 2 big macs with extra onion and sauce and they came out perfect. Had a bunch on onion on them and enough sauce that it was obvious the person assembling the order saw the changes and did them.
Line moved super quick, the 3 cars in front of me pulled to the window, and the orders almost came out instantly. Mine was waiting when I pulled forward.
Hope the speed and accurate orders continue.
