Noah is fantastic he remembered my name and I’ve only seen him once before today. Very nice nice, very professional and happy employee. He loves his job.
Annie, sweet sweet Annie she loves her customers. She suggested a drink she thought o would love because I couldn’t decide. I tend to be safe and order the same thing over and over again-I was willing to try something new and I loved it. She is the best…I’ve been looking for her. Because of her I go to the Walzem location.
Tiffany is really nice and makes me feel at home.
Serenity has a big heart. Nice person.

The staff is awesome. Shout out to Tiffany, Yves, Nathan, Justin, and a shift manager whose name I didn’t get. They showed great poise under pressure on Christmas Day even though they were under-staffed. They are ALWAYS understaffed. It is not fair to the employees—especially considering this is a store where an employee DIED on a shift (I know…I was working that shift). N.B. The store never even closed for 5 minutes. But that’s a lawsuit for another day.

Three stars. This location looks like it used to be a Burger King or McDonald's that went belly-up. No big deal as long as everything is good. We had just been on the road for about 3 hours or so. It was not quite 10:00 a.m., and we needed some coffee! One bathroom was out of order, the other one wasn't..... No big deal, but it was a little bit of a bummer having to wait for them so that I could then go. The door stop on the door would flip down whenever you tried to close the door which ultimately made you have to reach down and pull up the door stop every few inches which was really not the most sanitary thing on a bathroom door. Order was accurate. I got a cardboard collar on my drink but this was overlooked on the wife's mocha and my daughter's hot chocolate. Three stars here because of the doorstop issue on the one working bathroom they had, and because my daughter, who of course didn't mention that her hot chocolate tasted weird until we got about 3 hours down the road, had some burned hot chocolate (It tasted awful). I think this is really the first time we have ever had a problem with Starbucks, although compared to the Chick-fil-A experience we had further down the road, this is pretty tame, so I gave a sympathy star and bumped it to four stars 😂. I think if we crossed by this location again, we would probably stop and keep our fingers crossed that they fixed that door stop and didn't burn the hot chocolate again!

Veteran's Day 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙 - enjoyed our free coffee. All veterans and their spouse were offered free coffee ☕️😋
My hubby and I went inside to enjoy the coffee. We didn't have to wait too long to be served. The young lady who assisted us was so kind and efficient. I know the staff had a very busy day, and they need to be appreciated. The drive thru was packed, but moving right a long!
Tomorrow, we are going back for the red cup special.

Honestly, the windcrest location is amazing. The staff is wonderful, kind, and always willing to help even when they're swamped. They've never gotten my orders wrong, despite my modifications. Love!!!

This is a very busy location but well organized. Their system or teamwork allowed them to get drinks out rapidly. The Batista mis heard me. She thought I asked for oat milk instead of oat meal. The error was corrected. I was very satisfied with the service, my drink and oatmeal with all the toppings.

They just finished remodeling to match other Starbucks. They finally added mobile orders so you can order ahead on the app. I always ask what their favorite drink is to give me new options.

Came for a quick drink and was in and out super quick! But that wasn’t what caught my attention… when I was leaving, a customer forgot an item they bought and one of the AWESOME employees went ABOVE AND BEYOND by chasing down the customer (who was already driving off) to get them their item! He could’ve easily let them drive away or come back when they noticed the missing item but NO… I’m sure he made their day because he made mine just by seeing that dedication!

I visit this Starbucks almost daily and never have any issues. Everyone is always so nice and attentive. They always repeat my order to make sure it’s correct. Most of the time you’ll find Albert in the drive thru, he’s super awesome. To avoid delays, having your app loaded & ready is a must! Helps keep line flowing as this is a busy Starbucks.
