India Chaat House - San Antonio - Photo album

Great place to eat. Excellent food and the wait staff and cook were very nice and accommodating. tasted the chicken curry and some butter chicken, the garlic naan and some samosas. It was my first foray into trying indian deserts, and although I had nothing to use as a benchmark, everything we tried
Excellent food and good service... owner handles everything personally, very respectful and considering for customer needs. This venue is good to fit approximately 40 people at a time.
Very very delicious food and excellent service! It looked like there was only one employee behind the register but he delivered 100%. I went in a group with six people and all the dishes were very good. Prepare to wait for the food though, it took about an hour for all of us to get our food but it w
AMAZING FOOD! Just ate there and was not disappointed in the slightest. Slow service I'm assuming from the staffing size and high flow of traffic, but overall worth the wait. Dessert was even more so. Highly recommend!
Best Indian food I have had in San Antonio. This place did not have a buffet, which is great because it's not as expensive. We had the palak paneer, malai kofta, and an order of the vegetable samosas. Everything was excellent! Parking sucks, but the food is worth it.
I spent sometime today here with family. Chat is good and chicken Biryani is awesome, kind of Andhra biryani. Spicy, tasty and fresh. It’s a different style and my kid loves a lot. Not a huge selection of Menu, but all will have enough choices. Lots of Indian sweets as well, includes jalebi. Defini
Small place worth your money. It’s not fancy but the food quality is excellet. I loved their paani puri!! Also if you like fish do try their tava fry fish. The server is very friendly and will customize any dish the way you want.
Hats off to the owner!!! That guy is a trooper. Single handedly handles the restaurant (owner + waiter + cook + cashier + busboy + i dont know what not). Very polite and accommodating! Food was good, not great! But 5 stars for the owner.
So it was a nice day out, n I’m out of work with some cravings for good Indian style friedrice , I’m sure you guys know what I’m talking about , we all have our favorites where that one bandi walla makes the best chicken fried rice in india, that taste can’t be replicated just because it’s original,
Small, bare bones place with very few tables, limited parking that has excellent Indian (paneer, chicken tikka, etc) tacos. Also has some tasty Punjabi dishes with a good selection of Chaat dishes. There is an extensive selection of Indian sweets/desserts as well.
Cozy snack cafe with nice food.. walking distance from USAA Blvd and 603 bus stop right in front of the cafe!!They are open for breakfast till 8pm (I think) on weekdays. Tried the chaats and pani Puri and dosa, couple of times. Ordered 1portion and it's good quality and quantity for 2people.
Small storefront converted into a restaurant. Food was authentic and fresh. Ambience was lacking but worth the sacrifice for good Mysore masala dosa. Great and friendly personnel. Easy choice 5/5
Amazing food and service. Quaint establishment. The chef can cook anything on or off menu, and however spicy you like it. I LOVE this place.
