First time here! Birria tacos are delicious! Say yes to cheese! It’s goooood! This is the popular dish, next time I’ll get something different.. but these.. are hard to pass!!! 🔥 Typically, I don’t have comments about sides, like rice and beans, but this rice is on point! Just like grandma used to do! And beans have some hot on them, awesome!!! Watching the sunset is optional

This place is so neat! Perfect if you're a Frida Kahlo fan too. They have art displayed of her all over the restaurant. The food is delicious! The mole fries and chicken tacos are a must. The only thing I don't like about the restaurant is there inconsistent hours of operation. With that said, be sure to check their Facebook page before heading out to eat there. This place is ridicoulsly delicious. Drinks are really good, bartender and staff are very approachable and friendly. If there was anything I was disappointed in, it was myself. Lol. I didn't get to take a pic of my food. It was too delicious and I ate it too fast. Lol. You have to give this place a try!

Casa Azul is a Southtown dream. Have a nice wonderful area outside in front to eat your tacos and your chips and the limonada is very good I would recommend that you try everything on the menu. The photos are well-balanced and they're not loaded with beans like other places in the city and the bun is perfectly toasted and it's not too much bread as a lot of places I have to have thought of that I've had a lot of bread in them. The castle is awesome because they use Cotija cheese in it and it's not even Velveeta. Aside from the food the staff are very down-to-earth very friendly and it looks like they have some awesome cocktails and other beverages to couple with their happy hour that happens every day. So if you're hungry you want something very San Antonio do not delay come out to Casa Azul all the art of Frida Kahlo is just an added bonus to the ambience.
