Burger Culture

I like to think I'm a burger connoisseur. I'm constantly on the look out for great burgers. So many times I've been let down by places who claim to be burger experts. Now enter burger Coulter. The aesthetics of the outside are average but don’t let that fool you. Their burgers are definitely top 3 of San Antonio! Some places claim to cook a burger to your liking but only give you medium to medium well. These people actually cook it exactly how you ask! Portions are solid and bread is soft and fresh! Not to mention the sweet potato fries. They are difficult to get crunchy but these people nailed it. Hats off to this place and it’s definitely worth your time and money

The food was delicious, however when I got home I realized that the carmelized onions and sauteed mushrooms were absent from my hamburger. I paid extra for those. It was too late in the evening for me to go back so I ate the hamburger without those accommodations. The onion rings were okay but not great. The food otherwise tasted good but it would have been better if I received exactly what I ordered. I will give this restaurant one more try, the atmosphere is great and their fried okra is really delicious.

Yum! This is a great laid back burger joint with a delicious menu. Portions are generous. I love the fries with truffle oil. Staff are super friendly each time we have visited. Bring your appetite: free tasty beans while you wait on your order, yummy burgers and sandwiches, and ice cream sundaes to wrap it up.

This place has such a great atmosphere and the staff is amazing. The girl who took our order took time to explain everything they had and the most popular items. Although, I'm simple and love burgers so I had a third medium well and OMY it was AWESOME !! Plus I had a side of onion rings and yes just as delish as the burger. So happy with my food and service definitely will be back.

The service was absolutely amazing. Very helpful and genuine. The burgers are phenomenal. Its everything a burger should be. I got the 1/3 lb burger with bacon and the bacon was some of the best I've ever had!! The onion rings we're perfectly battered and not too salty (some of the best I've ever had, we got them thick style) My boyfriend had the blackened tuna burger and he said it was perfectly cooked!! We will be back!!!
