The service was absolutely amazing. Very helpful and genuine. The burgers are phenomenal. Its everything a burger should be. I got the 1/3 lb burger with bacon and the bacon was some of the best I've ever had!!
The onion rings we're perfectly battered and not too salty (some of the best I've ever had, we got them thick style)
My boyfriend had the blackened tuna burger and he said it was perfectly cooked!!

Burgers done right! Hello, my new go to for burgers. The fries were excellent also. Cool and trendy art on walls. Staff is great, friendly and efficient. Complementary beans next to drinks stand. Everything was delicious! I'll be back. Lol
Burgers are very good, any size you want. They also have sloppy joe, chicken and lamp. They have good seafood plates, fries, onion rings are good. They also have free pinto beans, the art and the music match. Perfect place to chill and eat some good burgers
Everything was great. My bison burger was awesome. Wifes chicken sandwich was huge and flavorful. LG. Onion rings was enough for 4 people and great. Chips and queso was,great. Will definitely be coming back.
I love this place has a hip enviorment. The burger buns are so perfect the bread is amazing, they serve complementary beans and the SA Bean burger is A1 with it's Fritos and Pico* Also sweet potato fries are a must!

Great New Burger Joint!!! The rosemary fires are amazing, I ask for jalapeños and the hooked me up. Definitely another must go joint in South Town.
Run by a story friendly Southtown team, Burger Culture delivers satisfying homemade burgers and more. The burger with beans and Fritos is finished of with cheese and queso, which make this burger really stand out! Now wipe off your drool and go try one.
The food was delicious, however when I got home I realized that the carmelized onions and sauteed mushrooms were absent from my hamburger. I paid extra for those. It was too late in the evening for me to go back so I ate the hamburger without those accommodations. The onion rings were okay but not great. The food otherwise tasted good but it would have been better if I received exactly what I ordered. I will give this restaurant one more try, the atmosphere is great and their fried okra is really delicious.
The vibe inside was awesome! Hendrix theme with murals of rock stars. Very clean establishment. Burgers were good, but not amazing. Patties looked like the frozen, machine cut ones you get at HEB. Not bad, just a basic old school burger. Nothing special. Sweet potato fries were amazing though! Onion rings were also great! Regular fries weren't very tasty.
I like to think I'm a burger connoisseur. I'm constantly on the look out for great burgers. So many times I've been let down by places who claim to be burger experts.
Now enter burger Coulter. The aesthetics of the outside are average but don’t let that fool you. Their burgers are definitely top 3 of San Antonio! Some places claim to cook a burger to your liking but only give you medium to medium well. These people actually cook it exactly how you ask! Portions are solid and bread is soft and fresh! Not to mention the sweet potato fries. They are difficult to get crunchy but these people nailed it. Hats off to this place and it’s definitely worth your time and money
