Medical Center Chipotle usually has excellent food, error-free and cordial employees. They don’t run out of chips as often as some of the other SA-area Chipotles. Restrooms clean too.

Always great food and service. The place is always clean. I prefer to order online versus in person. Then I can just pick it up and go. Don't do delivery. By no fault of chipotle, they tend to not pay attention to match the orders to the names on the bags.

Constant movement. Very busy but organized. Location was well kept and there was plenty of seating available when we went to dine in. Freshly prepared food was continuously being brought out so they wouldn't run out. They were out of stock with black beans and bowl lids. There was music playing, a bit loud, but trendy. Thanks!

I ordered through door dash when I was desperately hungry at work and my order came incorrect. They put sour cream on my bowl and I absolutely hate it, I gave the bowl away to a co-worker. Door dash was no help and did not refund. I called and spoke to Cody who was absolutely exceptional! He made me feel so important and offered to replace the order! Well done! I will definitely continue to come to this location. Thank you Cody!!!

It's always a great option for your lunch, quick bite or dinner. Has a great variety of items in the menu. Anything you order for sure will be delicious. Great and friendly customer service. Prices like everywhere else went up. Due the location, Medical Center, sometimes is crowded and will take a while to place and receive your order. Clean and organized tables for you. Worth a visit. You can do your order online and pickup there.
