Nestle Toll House Cafe

I requested a custom cake order, which was an extra fee but it was worth it. The customer service went extremely above and beyond. The cake designer was super communicative and was always assuring me that they just wanted to be sure I was getting what I had in mind. It was a great experience, I would highly recommend and I’ll definitely order from them again.

Bought my boyfriend a cookie cake through Uber Eats. We jokingly chose decorations from the menu options (a ghost and a train) expecting cheap plastic decorations, or to be told they weren't available. When it arrived, they had made a ghost train out of icing. It was adorable, and made our day. Thanks guys!

My only complaint is that the girls working the counter could be more friendly. They dont seem to enjoy their job which is sad because I really look forward to spending my extra budget on fun places that have yummy treats. The cookies were so delicious. Ice cream sandwiches made with freshly baked Nestle Toll House cookies. They never turn out this good when baked at home. When they get that service up and I will totally add another star.

This is the coziest coffee shop I've ever been to. First off, the service was great, the cookies were amazing, and the chai latte was the best I've ever had. My sisters and I had the best time and sat in the stools next to the windows. The setting was ideal. I cannot wait to visit here again, great first experience.

The pastries are so good they are constantly having to bake more! The tasty treats and friendly service make it worth the wait! The employees and Veteran owner are always seen working fast and hard to serve everyone as soon as possible while making sure more treats are on the way out! Come support your veteran owned small business in your neighborhood! Enjoy anything from pastries, coffee, milkshakes, fruit smoothies and ice cream!

The sweets are sinfully good and mouth-watering! Very cozy atmosphere, with faux wood floors, high chairs, leather couch, and a small LEGO area for kids to play in. They also serve food so you can eat a meal and get dessert! However, what stops this location from being amazing is the lackluster staff. They weren’t cheery or very engaging...I kinda felt like an obligation instead of a valued customer, but Ill admit that I have high standards.

Walking in and just the smell is amazing!!!! Honestly everything was good cookies and tried the pineapple and peach smoothie and was refreshing. It seemed like they may have been understaffed when we visited so did take longer to order and check out. Overall was delicious and great place for your sweet tooth fix!
