Taco Bell

Had the best burrito supreme I've had in Texas for the last 14 years. The app didn't forward my order to the store and they were super quick to figure it out and make my order and get me out of there quickly. Nicest employees that I've experienced from any fast food place in a very long time! I will go out of my way for the quality of food and service at this location offers.

I don't know how this restaurant is during the day, but at night was different type of professionalism. I will explain, the only true professional of that night was this tall young lady, and she's the reason I am giving 4 stars. This young lady was doing everything alone, with 4 other guys there not helping her at all, out at their cars talking, and on the company phone, when she needed help, if you're a team be a team. It was after 11pm so it ain't no business conversation on the phone, on a saturday, now if the establishmentwas closed with no customers waiting, I could understand, but that wasn't the case.. You lead by example, becauseyou never know who is watching you. Its unfortunate that everyone in leadership role isn't fit to lead, and if I can see that, how many other customers can see that as well. To the young lady, you were doing a great job, and thank you for your professionalism.

Cashier was friendly but he needs to speak up a little. Service was lightening quick. Food was luke warm. Seems to be that way frequently st Taco Bell. Store was not busy at all. It was very clean. Condiment; bar was well stocked with lids, napkins,straws and all the variety of hot sauces. Would have been a 5 star rating if good was hotter. This is an independent Taco Bell. Like it much better than the KFC/Taco Bell combo joints because those places care little about Taco Bell and focus heavily on KFC.

The entire crew at this location is very nice. Great customer service. Small mistake and sour cream was put on an item I didn’t want it on, they remade the meal for me! Outstanding service, no questions asked. No hard time like some other restaurants. I will return for the fantastic customer service this location provides.
