Popped in here for dinner just to check it out. For those who don't know what to do (like me), when you order a dish (unless it's a noodle dish), each dish comes with white rice. If you want plain chow mein or fried rice, it costs extra. After asking the guy taking my order what he recommended and after walking me through a thorough process of decision making, he recommended the sesame chicken, which I got. I also got the drunken noodles. The sesame chicken was actually really tender and crispy and, to my surprise, it came with a couple of broccoli florets which still had a satisfying crunch. I don't know if it's because I haven't had drunken noodles in a long time, but I don't think these tasted like drunken noodles that I've had in the past. The place has a quiet, comfortable atmosphere, which makes having a quiet conversation nice. They also have outdoor seating. Would I come here again? Maybe? If I'm feeling cheap, probably not, especially since Panda Express is right across the street. But the food was decent and the service was really good. But they do have a wider variety of choices compared to Panda Express.

Pei Wei never lets me down. Dining in is great. Picking up is simple via the app. They have so many options (each dish can be with any protein you want-beef, chicken, shrimp, tofu, veggies) for meat eaters and vegetarians alike. I’m picky with my tofu, and even if you ask for extra crispy, it’s hit or miss. So instead, I suggest asking for all veggies on any dish. Always suggest the brown rice. They are generous with portions, and I always have leftovers enough for a whole second meal. Try the mandarin green tea, and be sure to download the app. Even if you only come a couple times every once in a while, you will have a free entree before long. I have never had something here that I don’t like!

Just stopped in since I've never tried before and live close by, servers were very friendly and service was very fast. I got the gluten free kung pao chicken, which is a great price for how much you get and a great flavor. Would come again!

The food was excellent! I'm kind of disappointed that they had no noodles. Only because I saw a house specialty that stopped me from being as special as i could be, lol. 1st time to eat there. The side of green beans was also 😋

Last night, I ordered Pei Wei through the Favor app. As I eagerly awaited my food, I received a call from my Favor runner informing me of a problem. The Favor system had gone down and the restaurant wasn’t able to use the runner’s Favor card to pay for the food. I was desperate for dinner-and offered to pay over the phone. By then-Pei Wei’s MOD, Kyle, asked to speak to me. He quickly told me that, unfortunately, they were unable to obtain my card information over the phone. He apologized and said that both he-and Marissa-my runner were attempting to correct this situation with Favor. Marissa got back on the line and said she’d call me back in a few minutes to let me know the outcome. I did receive a call back. Marissa said that although they failed at finding a solution through Favor or Kyle’s chain of command, I was still going to get my food. Kyle told Marissa that he wasn’t going to waste anymore of her time or leave his customer (me) empty-handed. Kyle comped my order and sent her on her way-back to me. I can’t tell you how pleased I was to get the food, as it was late, and I was exceedingly hungry. Kyle was a rock star. He easily could have just apologized for the error, and blamed Favor (for it was Favor’s fault entirely). But he didn’t. He went above and beyond to make it right for me. And despite the lateness and all the nonsense that ensued, when my food finally arrived, it was hot, fresh and very tasty. A BIG shout out to Kyle! I’ll be back to visit Pei Wei and will tell others of my good experience.

I loved the spicy drunken noodles. They aren't super spicy but they do have a kick. We ordered to go & service was fast.

On Mother’s Day there were only two men working here and provided amazing customer service. Kids were spilling drinks, customers being dirty, customers came in and out, and they handled everything well.

The worker gave me a bunch of fortune cookies and drew a smiley face on the box. It made my day <3 update: I didn’t catch the girl’s name but she is awesome every time I go to pei wei. She has such a vibrant personality and I can tell she’s really hard working!!! If you are reading this, you deserve like 10 raises at LEAST. ❤️ <3

I just want to open with the advice to use the QR code at the table to order your food. It would also be courteous to everyone in the entire universe if people looked at the menu before calling in an order. We stood and awkwardly stared at the cashier for at least 15 minutes while he tried to take a phone order from someone who had no clue what was on the menu before my husband realized that he could do a mobile order from the table. I am Gluten Free and my meal came warm and yummy. It was also super considerate of them to bring me GF soy sauce. While I know it was not the cashier’s fault for the call, I did subtract a star because no one came to his aid. He should not have had to do both jobs.
