Chili's Grill & Bar

This place was super busy! The service was great, the food was really good, and the manager was actually walking around the front of the house asking and making sure that customers were doing OK. Food took a little while to come out, but again, it was super busy, and when it did come out, it was still piping hot and tasted amazing! I am very impressed with this location and will be coming back. This will be mine and my husband's new Chillis 🌶 😍

Everything was great. But I did not like how I felt being rushed to leave since I went alone, and the waiter did an amateur job of sitting me alone in a booth, realizing families were starting to come in and they should have asked if the bar was an okay option. No common sense, so I just took the booth. Last time, I let them pick the seating when I go alone again.

Update: I ordered takeout today 11/15/22. I ordered the same meal from yesterday minus the Mexican rice because I wanted to know if the mashed potatoes would be better today. Today, the mashed potatoes were absolutely perfect! 11/14/22. I dined at this Chili’s for the first time on today for lunch. It was rather quiet during lunchtime. I ate Ancho Salmon with loaded mashed potatoes and Mexican rice washed down with a delicious glass of strawberry lemonade. The salmon was cooked to perfection as well as the rice but the loaded mashed potatoes was missing something. However, it was still good. My waiter was nice and professional.

The Chilis in City Base in San Antonio was a restaurant we avoided for quite sometime. I would like ro attribute the poor service to Covid. The last 2 times we have eaten there the food and service have greatly improved. I had Chicken fajitas and the El Presidente margarita. My husband had the Buffalo Chicken Salad and a frozen margarita. We of course had chips and salsa. It was nice to have someone cook and clean on the New Years Eve holiday.
