I went there today and got the usual #1 meal combo with a Sprite. The women in the drive thru are always friendly and patient. I finally tried their Peach shake and let me tell you I was really impressed. Best shake I've tasted in a long time. This location is located behind Rolling Oaks Mall.
Food always tastes fresh, and the staff is always so friendly. Not bad for the Food court.
However, I am disappointed they put a notice in my bag that states they are discontinuing the Side Salad staring in April.
I choose to eat salad with my sandwich because it's a healthier choice than fries. Don't get me wrong I LOVE fries and it's not easy choosing salad over fries. I just want to have the option of making a healthier choice.
Best CFA in Town. Their service and their food tastes amazing, tastes like we’re back in Hotlanta, eating the Lorts Shicken. Other CFA’s serve their fries just done but not crunchy with a light golden sheen, these are done to perfection, expertly seasoned. Their chicken is also perfectly golden and placed with care into the containers. We can tell if our foods bagged with contempt. At this location, the team work with nimble hands in synergy. The ice dream tastes like its name which is rare in San Antonio because I think they skimp on the soft serve mix at other locations because it tastes watery. If you want creamy ice dream, come to this location. The drive through is fast and efficient (enter on the back by JCPenney), although this time we ate in the time warp…aka the mall. There were lots of families with kids enjoying the wide open spaces inside and lack of crowds. The only really busy shop was CFA.
Great employees....had some trouble on a register which was fixed quick, manager was nice and gave us a free ice cream cone. Great customer service 💯
Can never go wrong eating here. Food's good, quick fast delivery, and friendly people working behind the counter chicken sandwich, waffle fries and sweet tea. Best chicken sandwich around

Here it is a different setup than most chick-fil-a drive thrus being it is inside the physical mall, but they have made many accommodations for non dine in service. Honestly, I prefer the curbside through the app so you aren't stuck behind another car in the line. This side of the mall has probably the most traffic so be careful coming in and out. Other than those factors it is the usual fantastic service and great food, just as hot and fresh as any other. I'm a fan for sure 👍
Chin-fil-a is what it is - good quick service food, friendly staff and great lemonade. :)
The drive along the fire lane we call a drive through is interesting. It works.
I got off work late. Was trying to eat something good but fast. It was about 751 when i ordered they close at 8. The lady was very nice, took my order with a smile. A few moments later my food came out i sat down (the mall closes at 9), it was fresh hot and had my extra pickels on my spicey chicken sandwich like i like it, dipped it in their bbq sauce along with the waffle fries and a cold lemonade! It was just what i needed after a long week and day. I appreciate i get the same service the last 10 minutes they are open as i do when i go much earlier.
