If you like ice cream, and who doesnt? If you like great service, and who doesn't? The woman behind the counter could teach classes in customer service. Greeting people as they came in and thanking them for coming in, even while she was waiting on someone else. What a friendly person. Asked how my day was going, and seemed so genuine. Will be back!

Best Ice Cream and Ice Cream Cakes to your order and try there different flavor of ice cream each month, also if any nut allergies or diet this place will take care of customers, new Co-General Manager is very polite and the atmosphere is very relaxing with tv or music and most of all a clean bathroom.

Judging from the Reviews this is an Awesome place to Refresh yourself with Ice Cream or Yogurt. But I must say I went in to ask the very nice lady at the counter if she had WiFi because I needed to request a Lyft and HEB does not have a hotspot. The lady went out of her way by allowing me to access her hotspot and order a lyft. Then she offered that I sit there to wait for my lyft and offered me a glass of water. That kind of service you don't find anywhere. I will patronize her Baskin Robins from now on.

Love coming here. The staff is very attentive and professional. The wait time is always short if they are busy. They take their time to ask about your day. It's always such a pleasure going in there. It's never messy. The staff is always good about cleaning up after customers. They always have new flavors coming !! Overall amazing location. Definitely recommend to everyone.

B-R is a rare but reliable treat. We frequent this one because the other got shut down, demolished and paved over. The staff here is always friendly, making sure to do what they can to provide the exact order requested. I am a confirmed chocoholic. Usually, I just get a single scoop of chocolate fudge. But, on this night, I wanted more chocolate, so I ordered it as a Hot Fudge Sundae. When I asked for extra fudge (turned out to be a little overkill), she didn't hesitate to provide a second shot. On our previous visit, the tables were all closed. But, they were finally all open when we were there yesterday. I always get my ice cream in a cup. The kids do, too. If they want the cone, they get it on top. That way they don't drip all over everything (like the car) but still get the crispy satisfaction of the cone. All in all, a great experience!

Refused service because I didn’t have a mask on. One person in the store. Every shield that could be in place divided me from the servers. The severs themselves were wearing masks. And still I was told I could not be served. Dissatisfied and disappointed. Sale lost. In the grand scheme of things, one customer ordering one ice cream cone may not matter to a worldwide company, and yet if I’m one, there are surely more. I couldn’t imagine it wouldn’t be costing the company lots of money refusing service to its patrons over an extremely exaggerated pandemic(if it can really be called that). Get a backbone Baskin Robbins.
