Every part of the move-in process, property amenities, and day to day living experience has exceeded all of my expectations. Can Plant is constantly adding activities and physical upgrades to the property showing a real commitment to maintaining a high living standard.
My family and I went to tour an apartment at the Can Plant and leasing agent Jalen Johnson assisted us. He was so awesome!! Jalen was very kind, professional and patient. He provided us with all the information we needed and answered every question we had. We never felt rushed or as if we were a bother. We had toured several different apartment communities that day, and unfortunately had a bad experience at one of them. The Can Plant was our last stop of the day and I am so glad that we encountered Jalen. His superior customer service turned our day into a great one! I feel that he should be recognized for this.
I have seen a lot of apartments downtown San Antonio and the Can Plant Residences at Pearl stood out! DaNae Vazquez was exceptional in answering questions and showing the property. I will be moving to this lovely community in the near future! Ask for DaNae.
Can Plant cannot be beat by location and finally they have an all star team in place at the leasing office. Karlos and his staff are always 100% helpful, attentive and friendly. Ignacio and his maintenance staff are quick and efficient to address any concerns that should arise. Neighbors are friendly yet respectful. The peloton in the gym is an extra added bonus. We love living here; by far the best part is the walkability to so many great restaurants and shops. I personally vouch for this management team, they really have helped make living here an absolute dream!

We had the chance to tour the facility with Belinda Astorga and she was incredible. So personable and relatable, she went above and beyond. The community is out of this world with the remodeled units kicking it up a notch with modern finishes.
I lived here for some of the best almost 2 years of my life. Truth be told, it's hard to say that I am glad I ever left San Antonio. The Pearl itself is a national treasure and I woke up thrilled living at The Can Plant. What a treat to live there and the staff was top notch. Stephanie was the assistant manager before I moved in and she was so incredibly helpful from the moment I first called to the time I moved out. I was probably one of the neediest residents they've ever had, but I really did love living there.
The location is great, near everything. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The river walk is super close. The staff is very friendly. The maintenance guy Steve is great. The noise levels are not bad considering your are living in the city. The building is safe and secure. There is a fitness center. They have a lounge that has wifi and a great coffee machine. This is the perfect place if you work from home. You have covered parking. They offer storage on site. The building is pet friendly and there is no size restrictions. This is a great place to call home.
I lived here in 2019 & when the pandemic happened, I moved. Everything was closed, & I was working a lot in the medical center. Within months, I regretted it. The last apt I lived in was a luxury high rise in the medical center & they would literally call almost everyday and made everything overly difficult. I really couldn’t stand it anymore. I just moved back to The Can Plant & couldn’t be happier! I absolutely love the apartment I am in now! It may be my fave I’ve ever lived in! You will never find a staff like the one at The Can Plant! They are the perfect amount of active but not invasive & bothersome. The apartment is like a luxury apt without the uptight feel. It’s downtown and it feels like home. The leasing agents at The Can Plant are always polite & there to answer any questions & when you need them. Maintenance handles issues quickly & is polite and calm with my fur babies.

My experience with The Can Plant started well before I officially moved into the community! I knew that I want to be at the Pearl, after having visited many times prior to my move up to DC. So, when I had the opportunity to come back to San Antonio, I knew where I wanted to live. I’m thankful that I ended up with this community, as they were extremely helpful with my search, given I was not in the area to tour the facility. The assistant Manager, DeNae was whom I had communication with, and she was as helpful as one could be. She took the time to go to different units, and take video as to help me make a more informed decision, before settling on my choice. The staff in general are all helpful, but DeNae has always been available when I needed something, especially when it came to adding to my lease.
The Pearl community, and where the Can Plant is situated is in my opinion, perfect. There are so many amazing restaurants, and shops around, and downtown is a nice 25 minute walk along the Riverwalk away!
You can’t go wrong with either the Pearl area, or the Can Plant, and I’m extremely thrilled to be able to call this area home!
We found the Can Plant during the winter storm and signed our lease unseen before moving to San Antonio. We got lucky to say the least. Location: Perfect; Quality of Apartment: Great Value; Staff: Very Friendly and Helpful. Yes, you may read previous complaints on the ability to resolve issues in the building. The team experienced a change in the maintenance personnel and communicated delays as they arose. However, they are back to where they need to be and the place looks amazing. I would recommend anyone to live here if they are looking at the Pearl over and over again. My girlfriend and I will never forget our transition to Texas as the Can Plant played such an important and enjoyable role in that move. Thank You!
