This was my first time here and the food was delicious the tortillas were fresh and homeade and bacon was crispy I'll definitely be coming back the only reason I'm not putting 5 stars is there was no restroom inside
New ownership and they are serving up that delicious, South Texas food I was raised on. Loaded bacon and egg, rich refried beans, mmm Mmm. Stop by this wholesome spot for a very satisfying start to your day or a well-deserved break.
Edit: I see some updates since my last review(which has always been 5 stars). Glad to see the pride taken in your business and ability to grow. I'll continue to give honest feedback since I make weekly visits and want to see your hard work payoff.
Small restaurant with seating available. Friendly and helpful staff. Food was tasty, but a bit salty for me.
Awesome place! Food was hot and fresh, staff was nice, and food tasted GREAT! If your rolling through San Antonio, stop here and get some great Tex Mex!
A Diamond in the rough. Although the dinning area was a bit cramped, the staff and even other patrons made me feel right at home. ( No ethnic discrimination, considering I'm Af. American). That's a blessing in these parts of TX. The food, OMFreakingGoodness. Hands down some of the best I have tasted in a while. Thank you, Thank you. I will have to make that my First stop Everytime I come to San Antonio. Loved it.
I've dined in, and carried out, and each time has been a great experience! Never had an issue with my orders and always had good portions for the meals I've ate!
This local place is popular for breakfast, some times I've been here at least, and the other locals keep coming back for more! Glad to support this place!

Best kept secret in S.A. I personally love this place. If you come, try their Carne Guisada fries! I even chose to eat here on my birthday. Try it, you won't be disappointed.
The food was awesome! We got the Carne Asada plate. Portions were a good size. Homemade tortillas, and some of the best Homemade Mexican rice at a restaurant I've had anywhere in San Antonio. Will definitely be a returning guest. Thanks Anthony's!!!!!
First time having chillaquilles in a taco form and I have to say I was not disappointed at all. Love their green sauce too because it is spicy. Two tacos are big enough to fill you up FYI so don't over do it is my opinion. Love this hole in the wall place and would highly recommend it.
This places gives a lot if food for the price you pay. Carry out orders typically take 5-7 minutes. The street taco plate with rice and beans is damn good. Tortillas are fresh and damn good. The street taco plate, with rice and beans, cost 7.89 dollars, tax included. Heard breakfast tacos are also damn good. They close early though. By 2 or 3 PM, it's closed. This is an early hours kind of restaurant, but well worth the price for quality of mexican food.
