Subway

Customer service is terrible with a few of the employees. They seem over worked and not properly trained. There was a Hispanic heavy set male employee who visibly shows frustration when I corrected him on how I would like my sandwich to made. He gets an attitude and rolls his eyes. He needs to remember that the customers pay his salary.

I had a co-worker picked up a footlong wholewheat roast chicken sandwich with extra mayonnaise. Here is what I got. I got a stale bread mayonnaise sandwich. When I called to complained, the manager who answered the phone did acknowledge that she made the sandwich, but did not offer to make a correction. Will not be going here or patronizing this location again. Will also be making friends and coworker aware of my bad experiences with this location. What a waste of money.

If I could give zero out of five stars and people could still read this review, I would... Today was my first and last time ever going to this Subway ever again. Let me provide some context. After a long, hard day of work and then trying to get my nails done, only to spend an hour and a half more than anticipated in the salon due to a number of factors, I was starving and in dire need of a sandwich. Subway, my favorite sandwich chain, has been and always will be my favorite sandwich shop, and the closest one was this one. I rushed over as fast as anyone can while abiding by traffic laws legally and arrived right before closing time, around 7: 57. Online, it says the shop closes as 8, and a sign in front of the store said it closed\s at 8, so one would assume the shop \ closes at 8. But, as my hungry self attempted to open the store door, I found it to be locked. I looked inside desperately, as I see teenage workers inside, and none of them allow me to enter to pay for their services and a sandwich. A girl with reddish hair even goes as far as signalling me rudely that the store was closed and to leave. Heartbroken, I leave the store empty-handed. If a shop claims it is open at 8, it must stay open until 8. No excuses. 0/10 for customer service I will never come to this specific Subway establishment again, as it is a mockery of the incredible chain of Subway. I'll take my sandwich business somewhere else. Thanks, but not really, - An empty-stomached and paying Subway customer.

I ordered a couple of sandwiches on line. When I went to pick them up there was only one person working....He said he was the only one to show up for work. My sandwiches were not ready, and he had several people waiting in line. Feeling sorry for him, I said, "Just forget mine and help those people here. I went some place else. I was charged for those two sandwiches and when I ask for a refunded they said when you order on line you have to go through a third party. Subway got paid for those sandwiches but would not refund my money. They said I had to go through the third party. The third party said sense my order was confirmed they would not remove the charge from my account. So I guess I should have made the only worker stop waiting on our customers and make my sandwiches....so much for being a nice guy, Huh?
