Update. I was contacted by Chick-Fil-A almost 2 months after the incident, they told me they reviewed the incident and gave me my $6.39 back. Honest company which has regained my business.

I sent a teenage girl to order food at this location with a $20 bill. The total for 3 medium mac & cheese cups was $13.61, the employee at the register did not provide the $6.39 change. When they gave us our food we asked for our change and they said they had already given it to us. We asked for the manager and for a review of the cameras and the response of the manager was that she could not see the cameras and couldn't do anything else, so they stole our money. Location is the food court at North Star Mall. CFA's app was easy to use for payment as typical. The crew kept a long line moving quickly.

My oldest granddaughter & I stopped for a bite while shopping at North Star Mall. Her selection at the food court (regardless of the mall) is always Chick-Fil-A. I had the spicy chicken sandwich & it was really good. My grandkids love the chicken nuggets.

What can I say the name speaks for itself. Anyone who has ever been to Chic-fil-a can tell you that it is most certainly worth going back to time and time again. The food is fantastic, the service is always stellar, and the atmosphere is perfect for the type of fast food restaurant that it is. They offer a variety of options to include sandwiches, soups,salads,shakes and much more. If you have not tried Chic-fil-a make it a point to give them a try real soon you'll be hooked.

I only had $9 and wasn't sure if it would be enough to get a meal or just the nuggets. The lady who assisted me allowed me to take my time and helped me figure out what would be the best option and still be able to afford a beverage too.
