Love the food and the staff. The light on the drive thru and mic always goes out. We still come every week though. Hope they fix the drive thru soon.

My father and I had been having a hankering for some seafood lately and we were contemplating going to Long John Silvers or Bubba Gump for late lunch early dinner; so we decided to go Laguna Madre and it did not disappoint at all. The food is very tasty, the portions are very generous and it is very good. We shall return in the not too distant future.

Friendly drive staff biggest upset was drive thru order placement box was down Had to order at the window with associate Food took longer than it would have under normal drive flow had to go inside to inquire about our meal BUT what I had ordered the salmon was well seasoned and cooked and my salad was fresh as well

This was the second time I had been here. I have no complaints. Just good food. I've never really been into fish, but this place had me wanting to return for more.

Table was dirty so I asked the young busser girl to please wipe it down. She seemed bothered and wiped the table down in one quick Z shape swoop missing huge dirty spots. After that I asked her to let me borrow the towel to clean it better she daid no. She was clearly bothered and did the same Z wipe. So I poured a little water from my glass and wiped it down with napkins myself. Food was hot and fresh. Counter service great. This was at 12:30pm Thursday Nov 9th , 2023.

I went through the drive thru. The young man at the window said, "Pull in a front parking space. I will take your order out. 20 to 25 min. later. I walked into the building and had to wait in line. My food had been sitting there because they got busy. No excuse! They were trying to deny it. But I saw their reaction.

Not a place to go to during lunch. Took over 30 minutes in drive thru. When I arrived to order speaker someone came on and I was told they will take my order at window. When I showed at the window seem employees were having a conversation amongst themselves and was taking extra long to tend to only 3 cars in front of me.

Been going for years and Laguna Madre has been consistently good. The service is good, the food is always good and very tasty. My only knock is the amount of food given for the price is sometimes a little skimpy as of late, specifically the sides. That aside, the food is always hot and fresh. They have excellent iced tea. A no frills and good seafood restaurant overall.
