Tink-a-tako - San Antonio - Photo album

I've eaten at TinkaTaco a few times, but never dined in. Food was good as usual, had a bit of a wait for some items. I had the enchilada plate with carne guisada, a puffy taco,, and we ordered some sopapillas to finish the meal. Service was good , but could have been a bit better, our drinks weren'
The restaurant is clean except for a few annoying flies. I ordered the carne guisada, which was very tender. My mother ordered the chorizo and egg, and she noted it was very delicious. I have to say that I was very impressed with the hot cocoa. The cocoa was similar to one that I would buy from Star
Well, well. Another first for me. 🤔.... Okay okay, getting straight to it. Yes I would definitely eat from here again. 👌🏾 The Mexican Plate was the choice for tonight. For those who don’t know what that is, it’s an Enchilada plate with rice and beans and a crispy taco, of course with a side of tort
Never been here. Over all was a good place to have breakfast. Had 3 Taco's and a tea. My Grandson had the grand breakfast with 2 pancakes. I'll be back soon. Clean place and even have a breakfast buffett.
The lunch buffet was really good and offered at a decent price. They had a variety of food for the buffet to include, cheese enchiladas, guisado, means, rice, chicken fajitas, menudo, picadillo and fideo. The best part of the meal were the fresh tortillas and iced tea. The customer service was exce
New management took over, the restaurant is now called El Tipico Restaurant. The whole restaurant was renovated including a new beautiful SelenaS mural.
First time here. The food was fresh and hot and there was plenty of it. On the other hand, their chips and salsa left much to be desired as both were cold. Additionally, their salsa tasted like store bought. In my family, that's a huge faux pas. Reasonable prices. Dinner for 2 was $25
Best Barbacoa I have ever had, & that says alot. The service was outstanding also. I was in a hurry, so I just ran in for some tacos. The lady who waited on me was very sweet & their buffet looked legit. It was clean too. 6 stars!
The brunch buffet didn't have barbacoa this time around. Not sure if it's completely off the brunch buffet or just that day. But a bummer for sure especially on a Sunday morning. 😥
Food was delicious and so was the iced tea! Got the Mexican plate with enchiladas, rice, beans and a crispy taco. Everything was very tasty and seasoned just right. I will definitely go back there and recommend to others.
We had 13 people for my wife birthday, and the staff and management were great. The food was delicious. We would recommend them to anyone.
Great little restaurant, food was really good. Not the best but good though. Service was excellent
Where do I start with this place?! It’s one of the best places to get authentic Mexican food in the San Antonio area the employees are so nice and humble. They work with you on exactly what you are wanting... and provide excellent suggestions. I go here almost every week after church with my family
From day one! Quality service and delicious food. I really enjoy their chicken fajita nachos and the beans are always on point! The waitresses are also very patient with my toddler order. And the atmosphere is welcoming and clean.
