Red Lobster

Richard M was our server. He was amazing. We went there for my mom's birthday. He was very sweet to her. He brought out a candle out in her bake potato. We also had my 2yr old granddaughter. He was very attentive and great customer service! He even went over the specials and gave us suggestions.Thank you Richard!

I've been here twice in a few months time span and both times service and food was excellent. Both times we arrived after 8 pm and had piping fresh cheddar biscuits and perfectly cooked food. I ordered a combination plate with 2 types of shrimp. My husband ordered the all you can eat shrimp. This was my first time trying the coconut shrimp and they were perfectly fried and crispy. They do serve it with some type of sweet dipping sauce that tasted like pineapple coconut yogurt. I was not a fan, I think they would be better served with a sweet chili sauce! All our shrimp were very tasty. I also had perfectly steamed, broccoli and fries which were both delicious. Still a great place to eat, plan on spending 20 dollars a plate unless you want lobster then double it.

I dont know what their secret is but this locations staff are always happy and smiling bright. And the food is soooo good! The batter is always golden, the draft beer is always cold, and the wait staff are awesome. We usually sit in Robertos section and this dudè is on top of things. He always seems to be right close when you need something. This restaurant is definitely a pleasurable experience to have. Update: I'd give 10 stars. The food is perfect and Robert knows us by now and always has our drinks ready by the time we sit down. Amie and the rest of the wait staff are awesome at giving just the right amount of attention without being invasive.

Gilberto was awesome! He served my family without resentment even though we came in 30 minbefore close. His customer service was much better than the management on duty as she was yelling from the host stand to the bar like the place was empty. Gilberto served us with a smile and was very attentive to our needs when the manager was reluctant to even seat us. Kudos to Gilberto. We came on Sat night August 12th.

I grew up in Upstate NY and would go to @redlobster for seafood. Many good memories! It had been quite a while since I visited and we decided to go for dinner. Yummy complimentary biscuits! Dad had the Strawberry Lemonade, I had the Lobster Punch, and my husband had the Ruby Mule. Dad had a bowl of their Clam Chowder and finished it all by himself. Dad and I shared a combo plate with Coconut Shrimp and Flounder. It came with 2 sides and I chose the mashed potatoes and cole slaw. The flounder came fried, but Roberto brought us the broiled ones, which we ordered. My husband had the Lobster and Shrimp Scampi with baked potato and side salad. The lobster was a touch overcooked. Overall, the meal was wonderful.
