I would like to send a shout out to Tiffany at Taco Bell/ KFC on Rigsby. I just left there like 5 minutes ago and the way she spoke to me on the intercom while taking my order was awesome!! We need more people like her! Thank you again Tiffany, you're doing a great job.❤️

Not very busy had dine in staff was super friendly food was on point order was right only thing was the fries were a little on cool side.

I visited the establishment for the KFC portion, not fond of Taco bell. The simplified version is staffing, awesome group of employees, they extended awesome service and have not disappointed, offering my ordering tailored to save me money and in the process saving me money within my purchase.KFC chicken options are awesome.

What I got for under for around $6.50 would have cost me about $9.50 at a similar Mexican fast good chain. The service was quick. The condiment area (straws, napkins, plastic forks, hot sauce packets) was well stocked. The inside was very clean. The reason for only 4 stars is that the food could have been a tad warmer. It wasn't cold but, lukewarm.

I must say that this KFC Taco Bell was a great experience. The lady that took my order was kind and polite. I asked her to give me a minute to look at the menu and she was very professional. Then after taking my order asked did I need anything else and read back my order with that same good energy. I can appreciate that. She was also polite to talk with at te window and sent me off with my good food and a great drive thru experience. I'll definitely keep coming back to this store when I'm on this side of town.

It's so sad to go to another restaurant (Lakside area) same kind and got Great Service. Don't go to the one near me Perrin Beitel/410 they just got jobs night shift, they will re-cook your fries to make them hard as brittle and serve them.
Did management call about my review that day/experience of badd service, no why because there just there with jobs. So I will continue to do reviews so Someone will recognize........

It was a fast drive through for the most part. That is a great think since every drive through is slam packed these days. It's lacking 1 star due to the fact that they always forget my cookie. Decent though.
