Flavor: A Service: A- Tea: A Solo dining: A So I'm a few years behind but I finally tried the Popeyes Chicken sandwich. While I would prefer the flavor of Chick-fil-A's breading, Popeye's has built quite the contender. The Popeyes sandwich is much more visually appealing with a larger, crunchier chicken breast than Chick-fil-A. The chicken is flavorful (but more on the savory side than Chick-fil-A) and the already-sauced sandwich was a winner for me. The serving of fries is a little stingy but everything else about my experience impressed me.

Where do I start. I’m not angry just disappointed. We pulled up to the menu second in line the person before us must have been waiting for a minute because less than two minutes of us sitting there he pulled out of line and drove off. I pulled up waited about three minutes before I started to yell hello, hello after about two minutes someone came to the intercom and asked we wait a few moments naturally I said yes. After five minutes of waiting she takes our order. As I pull to the window I see there fully staffed so I’m wondering why such a wait. I then note three people in total fixing orders no gloves or hairnets. We wait about six minutes the entire time I’m watching them prepare orders. The glass slides open and reveals there are four people with no hair nets locks and long hair amongst the team. Got the food made sure everything was there got to the light the 12 price nuggets are cold as if they were not even reheated just old. Mac n cheese was cold and clumpy I ordered red beans as well as Cajun rice and extra biscuit. The biscuit was cold and stale and hard the red beans was warm but that Cajun rice was sour smelling spoiled not eating so the only thing that was edible was the warm beans and rice. So disappointed an absolute waist of money!

The indoor dining room tables needed cleaning, crumbs and dirty utensils left by previous customers. Better attention to this area is needed. I'd like to suggest window blinds for hot summer days coming, they would make customers more comfortable. The hot sun beads in making it very hot and uncomfortable to eat inside. The glass windows throughout need cleaning badly! We did not feel the Air condition working yesterday and it was 90° very hot and quite uncomfortable! Lastly, I wish Popeyes offered Senior specials daily as most of us Seniors are on fixed incomes. We love Popeye's chicken but can only afford to eat there once in awhile! Thank you for your kind attention to my requests and we hope to see improvements soon! PS you should send an undercover Boss to straighten out all Popeye's locations! We need your help thank you 😀

This location's inside dining was filthy. We were the only ones inside. The bathroom floor was all wet, slip hazard. The food was sub par, not the normal standard for Popeyes. 1st taking my order, cashier could not follow a shrimp box w/ Mac & a 3 piece combo w/slaw. And a protein of mashed potatoes. I was shocked in the matter I always spoken to. The vocabulary was extremely, extremely, extremely ghetto. I am not knocking the education level at all. The cashier seems to pride herself on sounding ghetto. The cashier told me the Mac was not ready. That to come back in 7 minutes, since she will not remember about it. 🤨 We had to go back several times for forgotten items tartar sauce, etc. It was 81 degrees in the dining room seriously?!? The discussion the crew were having, wow. We only stayed due to being short on time for an appt.No time to go some where else. Will we return, no way.

Super busy due to lack of employees. Three of us ate for a total of just under $30 after tax. The frozen lemonade drink is fantastic. Dining room was pretty dirty - tables that had finished eating sat around for 10 to 15 minutes before being cleaned. The line to order got to over 8 people, then the same thing happened while those people were waiting for their orders to be ready. Hopefully they'll hire more staff soon and the wait times will become less and less.

I love the spicy chicken but the service here is usually only fair at best. I went through the drive-thru the other evening and ordered chicken nuggets. I was asked to pull around to the front of the store as it would be 6 minutes because they were in the process of making fresh nuggets. Ok, no problem. I made note of the time on my receipt. Lo and behold, 20 minutes later I marched into the store. The manager in the front gave me the usual "Be with you in a minute ". Several minutes later, he asked to help me. I told him it was supposed to be 6 minutes on my order and now it had been over 20. He looked at my receipt and had the audacity to say that my nuggets had just come up. Right. I go to the front counter today and a girl named Angelina greets me with a wide-mouthed yawn. No attempt to cover her mouth or turn to the side. As I'm paying for my order and she cuts loose again on another big yawn. I stand there and stare at her. She mumbled a weak "sorry". If you come to this location, pack your patience!

Menu said Cajun Fish. Ordered my "Cajun Fish" and had to wait over 20 minutes. They had me pull into the parking lot and I finally went in to see people playing on their phones. They said that the fish had to cook. I brought it out to the car and looked in the bag and it was a fish sandwich. The fries each had about 8 fries. Terrible experience. I got a refund for the "Cajun Fish" after about a 2 minute argument.
