I’ve had CAVA before so I knew it would be good. I hadn’t been to a digital order location before so that was different. You can only order from the app. So when I got there I had to download the app and then order from the app. Felt like that took more time than to have someone take my order.
Food was delicious. Once you have the app should make for a smoother experience.
I recently had the pleasure of trying the Harissa Avocado Bowl at Cava, and it was an absolute delight. The dish was exceeded my expectations. The services was fast and the staff was friendly. John was extremely helpful with recommendations. Will visit again!
Everyone was super welcoming and ready to assist. I sat inside while I did my order online. I am not a huge fan of the digital cafe but do see that it has its perks especially since they probably get lots of corporate orders so it’s neat!
I’m not a fan of the digital cafe vibe and not having someone take my order. The restaurant was clean and neat, no one was in there. The customer service was good and the amount of ingredients in the greek chicken pita was plentiful, and pita was fresh and soft. I would download the app in advance if you are in a rush. I thought I would get in and out, but I had to wait for the order to transmit on their side. It took about 10 minutes from download to walking out. Next time I would prefer a bowl.

First time trying this restaurant. Nice concept and great food. I am sure it is the future of fast food. You can apparently only order online. It is a very efficient system and the food was excellent. I order the food and picked it up 10 minutes later. The food was wonderful and tasted fresh. I will certainly be going back.
Delicious and healthy lunch. My order was ready when I arrived at the Bitters/281 location in San Antonio,TX. The restaurant was clean was very clean. John was working hard, but he greeted me as I walked in. He was helpful and friendly.

My son loves this place so I thought I'd check it out. The process is way different than what I expected, and the way they market as a "digital kitchen" threw me off. You have to download their app to order. There is no ordering station, no cash registers, not much interaction with people at all. That's not all necessarily bad, but different. My food tasted good, but kind if expensive for the portion size. I expected more. Overall the experience was good.
Walked in and was super confused about the setup before Kelly greeted us and explained how it works since this location is a digital cafe. She was very friendly and explained everything well, only took a few minutes to download from the website and they made our food quickly. Everything was delicious!
This was my first time visiting this restaurant chain at all. I pulled up and went inside where I was obviously confused. Two gentlemen explained the digital kitchen concept and offered ongoing assistance if needed. I downloaded the app and ordered. Within moments my order was ready. As I waited for my food, I noticed something amazing. Everyone was happy and working together. The restaurant was very clean and tan super smooth. I got back to my office and took my first bite…..

I ordered Meredith’s Spicy Meatball Bowl. The flavors are over the top! The vegetables, humus, spices, lamb went together so well! I am So full but not in a bad way, I’m a great way!
I have already told several people about this restaurant. I will be back and will send more customers. Keep up the amazing food, the amazing service and the awesome atmosphere.
Great customer service on the floor even though most of the work is done digitally. Made me feel a tad more accepting of digitally ordering because the experience was still friendly.
