Usually go here on Veterans day. Always great! This time I was waiting on my dog while being treated at Emergency Pet Clinic . Extremely slow. Think I was only customer. Ordered cheeseburgers and sweet tea. Food was outstanding. Even use runner to bring hot food to table. Service was as one would expect from top notch food bar. Second time I have eaten at this location. Last time place packed. Service and food consistent - outstanding!!

After my appointment I went to go bite to eat I got some some tortilla chips and salsa for an appetizer and I got the three for me for $15 I choose bacon ranch quesadillas and Ice Cold Lemonade Courtney was so nice to help me out and I'll definitely will be back soon I paid $20.23 and I get Courtney a $2 tip and I only got $4 back

The comfy atmosphere and down-home cooking that you've come to expect from your neighborhood Chili's. Service is fast and the food is tasty. They have a very large wraparound bar with lots of TVs if you're in the mood for some Sunday football. There are some cleaner options like fajitas that don't feel like they're completely loaded with calories like most of the menu. I'm good with just about everything on the menu but the brisket quesadillas really don't do it for me because they put barbecue sauce on the quesadillas. This is gross and makes absolutely no sense. Some of the food options taste a little bit too much like typical bar food but you can find cleaner healthier options. They have a lot of the top beers on tap and the service is really efficient and so is the check out from the kiosk on the table. Parking is convenient and this is a great option if you want something fast and cheap on the Northside of San Antonio.

As a former employee, I had to voice my opinion lol. I honestly hadn't been here in quiet awhile. The enjoyed the new menu options. Although there was definitely a price hike. As always, the chips and salsa to start were great. I had the new Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta. Very good and such a large portion with lots of sauce. Noodles were perfect and not mushy. My friend had the crisper plate. She enjoyed the new Mac n cheese. Again, large portion. I love how you can select your number of crisper as well. Not a huge fan of them trying to push "shots" tho. Only real downfall to our visit was our service. Let me add, it was not at all super busy. Our server was the bartender and was more interested in talking and hugging his friend at the bar then even coming to greet us or take our drink order. The food runner was friendlier. Overall, delicious and will be back :)

I had a great time at this Chili’s I really like the low light setting and it was clean. the staff was friendly but took a long time to serve us, I believe she may have been the only waitress working. The food was good fresh hot and was of nice portion. We’ll definitely come back. I got the rancher burger it was to big to finish.

Must say this is the best chili's when it comes to customer service! Right when my wife and I walked in, we were seated almost instantly. The young lady whom I wish I could remember her name was such a sweetheart and made sure we were definitely taking care. All staff was very attentive. However, the dishes, while not up to par, like other chili's we have visited, were still very delicious. I will always recommend the ribeye!
