The place was an nice environment with the family for my birthday.the waitress was awesome.all the food was good but only problem I had was I asked for a medium rare steak an got medium well to almost well.the kids enjoyed it so I would go back again.
The fajita combo was delicious! I ordered chicken & shrimp. So tasty! Everyone loved their food & we enjoyed the ambiance.
I ordered from this chilis for my work. It was an order well over $150 and the staff here were very amicable, prompt, and efficient in getting our food order and making sure it was correct. I needed the order ready about the same time they opened and there was no problem with them honoring my request. I will be ordering from this chilis again. Highly recommend. The opening managers are equally amazing and ensured my order was correct and on time!

LeAnn was my server this evening. She was absolutely amazing! From greeting the family to taking our drink orders. She was fast and attentive. Our food came out nice and hot. She made our day. I would recommend sitting at her table any day. Not to mention, if you are there, give a donation to St. Jude. If you give a $25 donation, they will smash a cream in their managers face.
We came here for the first time on August 25th for dinner. We were told we would have to wait 20-30 minutes to be seated. That was fine. Other restaurants are 45 to 90 minutes. When we were walked to be seated we saw how empty the restaurant was. We ordered our food and that is when the long wait began. I'm guestimating we waited 30 minutes for our food, which made no sense because the place hardly had any tables occupied. As far as the food goes, most of it was at or better than good. I was disappointed about how little brisket I got based in the price and I ordered 2x brisket.
The corn on the cob was dry, over cooked and needed a lot more butter. The waitress was pretty good. I'm sure we will be back eventually.

Love the food it’s so tasty. The wait time for the food is average. We went tonight, I noticed that they only have few servers but still they manage to keep us fully hydrated and never felt we were neglected.
The serving size is average. You can share it to someone if you are not that hungry. The desserts are very tasty! It’s worth it you should try it!
I love the part that you can earn reward point and get free food or drinks every time you dine!
Definitely will go back and bring my whole family.

The wait was not too bad. Staff was great & our server needs more training she kept for getting stuff & our ticket was all wrong charges. Food was good & a lot of it. Merry Berry drink was too sweet for me.
Wanted to give 5 stars, food and service were good…until we got our check. We ordered 2 soup & salad meals, and noticed Alex charged for 2 “bottomless” orders. When I asked about correcting the charge, she stated “it costs more for the regular” soup & salad? When I stated the menu said $8+ she said “oh that’s the taxes included”…so I showed her the $7.19 taxes at the bottom of the receipt…then she offered to give extra soup or salad (but my husband declined). I checked the menu…and the regular soup & salad was $8.79, not $10. Not sure why she thought regular was “more” than bottomless???
We went in around lunch time. I ordered the margarita chicken from the guiltless grill menu. I was easily able to sub broccoli for the rice. The food was hot and fresh. I loved it!
Wait is insane! Our server Ashley was great and the Smokehouse Combo and Burger Combo were excellent. The ribs are absolutely delicious.

15 minute wait and we were seated. Our waitress was great, our Strawberry lemonade was never empty. The food came out quick and was perfect.
