I visited this location in the afternoon for a quick bite after the movies. Prompt yet patient service for the Mrs. and I. The cashier was on her 2nd day of work and did just fine! The cook Ostaquio was on point as always. Give him a raise! Every aspect of the meal was 5 - star fresh. 👍

Went into Wingstop and ordered the 10 piece combo with fries and a half and half ice tea. Meal, overall, was good.

Used Uber Eats which they are usually terrible but I called Wingstop and talked to Grace. She was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond on my order request. Definitely love Wingstop at Embassy Oaks!! Thank you Grace,you were amazing....thank you so much 💗

Reliable wing stop options. Not all wing stops are created equal. Some from wings and keep them there til the rush comes. This place doesn’t. If you like buffalo wings this is a good spot to try.

Wow! Amazing Customerservice experience with Aaron , he basically new what I wanted and took the time to get the right price for my wings ( I always order the same thing and the price is always over priced when ordering with someone else ) thanks Wingstop on embassy!! Will be back for sure.

I had the best customer service at this wing stop! I have been a General Manager for 10 yrs and been in the food business for 26. Aaron was amazing. Took his time in helping us even though it was dinner and they were getting busy. Made us feel important and not rushed at all. Great personality and very customer oriented! You have a super star there. He deserves to be recognized!

This is the only wingstop that serves the food fresh and delicious. The wings are ALWAYS saucy and crispy. Even the fries are crispy and well seasoned. Unfortunately, the surrounding wingstops take so long and then everything is soggy so I recommend this wingstop in specific plus there's hardly ever any wait times! Pictured is bone in original hot lemon pepper 10/10 recommend

Foods pricey but good and always fresh and hot. Only thing I didn't like was when I asked them to mix two sauces for me even when I offered to pay extra they said their not allowed. It woulda took a extra 10 seconds and one extra dirty bowl to wash. Its not much but as someone who works in the food service industry and worked for a pluckers wing bar for years I understand how much the little things add up when it comes to customer service.
