Wow, I’ve been to many a Cici’s pizzas, but never one like this. From beginning to end, the service and dining experience was superb! The food was fresh and stocked up for everyone and they even took the time to help some of the kids by serving them what they asked for when needed. The cashier was very patient and i can’t believe everything was this good with only 4 employees that i could see. I loved it here and am very satisfied with it all. The chicken soup was my favorite part 😁. Thank y’all so much for the good experience here. Just wow.. 🔥 To the few that made this lunch experience the best THANK YOU! Thanks to the manager Luis and his wonderful team. 👍

This particular store is a little hidden in the back but newer and more esthetically pleasing. The pizza is slightly above average, but still Hot & Fresh!!! My Mom who is very picky about her salads gave their salad bar 5 stars, she really enjoyed it. I went when they were having a $5 special buffet and it was definitely worth it. The staff was very friendly and professional. The young lady at the cashier was super nice. The patrons as well are super Texas friendly. I mean I must've eaten like 2lbs of pizza. I highly highly recommend this place to everyone!

This location has always been clean and overall nice place to get an affordable bite to eat. The workers they have here are always busy and every time we’ve been, the manager has been working the line keeping the buffet spotless. I don’t think I’ve ever seen an empty spot on the buffet, they’re always rolling pizzas out so quick.

We have frequented this place more than just a few times, and this last time I thought I would leave a review as we got to familiarize ourselves with some of the employees. As always upon walking in, we were welcomed and actually headed straight towards the back area before the dinner crowd came in which can get very busy. Usually as soon as you ask for pizzas there's about a 12 to 15 minute wait turn around for them to be put out. As we got to see the employees work yesterday we got to meet Miss Emma, who was the pizza extraordinaire in the back fixing these awesome pizzas. And helping her was Shavonn. Now in these particular pictures you will note that the pizzas are half gone already as the demand for the pizzas to be made is also about as large as the demand once we start to serve ourselves. The food was great served hot they let you know as soon as it comes out if you have requested a pizza and that's awesome communication on their part. So let me just say again thank you to Shavonn and Emma who made this a wonderful experience again for my family. Thanks!

I love this place. No, you guys don’t understand. I actually love this place. Their Pizza crust is the best and they bake their pizzas to perfection. Their pepperoni is not super salty. The spinach Alfredo thin crust is our family’s favorite. The salad bar is always well-stocked and fresh. The restaurant is also very clean. The bathroom could use a little refurbishment, but it is totally acceptable. They bus tables fast and the entire staff is always so kind. With or without a coupon, we feel that this particular CiCi’s is always a fantastic deal.

Very nice place to have lunch. Salad bar is awesome and fully stocked always. Pizza is great and one buffet and small drink with free refills cost only $11.95 we always come here for lunch break. Lots of places to sit and very very clean. 5 stars we will definitely be back.

Went for dinner and they had a good flow of HUNGRY people. We were impressed by how CLEAN the place is and that THE AMAZING STAFF WORKED SO WELL WITH ONE ANOTHER to keep HOT AND FRESH product constantly on the line. I thanked the EVENING MANAGER on TUESDAY 09-12-2023 for running a great team. Thank you FOR A GREAT MEAL EXPERIENCE!

We tried those one because the one on San Pedro is getting bad. So we were giving it one more shot before we never go back to any cici's again. I was pleasantly surprised the food was much better here and I hate cici's. I only go because of my child. The quality of food was actually very good. The pizza had a cheese pull and tastes good not like 5 day old cardboard. The salad was actually fresh and not spoiled rotten mess they San Pedro serves. Just on the flavor and quality I would go back to this one. The only issue there was listening to woman manager. A short Hispanic woman with a butch hair cut constantly screaming at her employee for someone to take a break. People were lined up trying to get pizza and there was none on the buffet because she was just screaming. Then she pulled out a pizza and kept moving it away while screaming at her employee and pulling the pan away so no one could get a slice. Then when she realized what she was doing after the customer said I'm a big woman don't keep playing with my emotions and let me get my food. The manager cracked jokes about what she did to another customer. If it wasn't for this one night and the manager causing such a scene I would of given this place a 5 star. This was November 18 2023 around 8pm
