Cicis Pizza

This location has always been clean and overall nice place to get an affordable bite to eat. The workers they have here are always busy and every time we’ve been, the manager has been working the line keeping the buffet spotless. I don’t think I’ve ever seen an empty spot on the buffet, they’re always rolling pizzas out so quick.

We tried those one because the one on San Pedro is getting bad. So we were giving it one more shot before we never go back to any cici's again. I was pleasantly surprised the food was much better here and I hate cici's. I only go because of my child. The quality of food was actually very good. The pizza had a cheese pull and tastes good not like 5 day old cardboard. The salad was actually fresh and not spoiled rotten mess they San Pedro serves. Just on the flavor and quality I would go back to this one. The only issue there was listening to woman manager. A short Hispanic woman with a butch hair cut constantly screaming at her employee for someone to take a break. People were lined up trying to get pizza and there was none on the buffet because she was just screaming. Then she pulled out a pizza and kept moving it away while screaming at her employee and pulling the pan away so no one could get a slice. Then when she realized what she was doing after the customer said I'm a big woman don't keep playing with my emotions and let me get my food. The manager cracked jokes about what she did to another customer. If it wasn't for this one night and the manager causing such a scene I would of given this place a 5 star. This was November 18 2023 around 8pm

I go with my 2 toddlers and husband. We really enjoy the service, the manager is so attentive, the place is very clean. The only reason I did not add a 5 star for everything is because they do not have a changing table and I feel that a family establishment should have a changing table for the littles. Other than that, this will continue to be a favorite for my family.

Best Cici's pizza in town. This location is super clean and the employees are great 😃👍 The pizza had lots of cheese and toppings and there was a wide selection of fresh pizzas, desserts, and salad bar has a pasta salad I loved 🤤 it's only a couple of miles away from Fiesta Texas so it's a perfect family place for dinner after spending the day riding coasters 🎢😎

Went for dinner and they had a good flow of HUNGRY people. We were impressed by how CLEAN the place is and that THE AMAZING STAFF WORKED SO WELL WITH ONE ANOTHER to keep HOT AND FRESH product constantly on the line. I thanked the EVENING MANAGER on TUESDAY 09-12-2023 for running a great team. Thank you FOR A GREAT MEAL EXPERIENCE!

This Cici's is one of my favorite places to eat. The crew is friendly and always greets me when I walk in. My favorite pizza is Hawaiian and if I don't see it on the buffet they get one out quickly if I ask. I like their salad bar. It's a small space, but has a good variety. They do a good job of keeping the tables bussed, cleaned and ready for the next guest. I like that I can come in after work and dinner is ready. I don't have to order and wait and I don't have to clean up after. Thank you Luis, Dante, Alex and the rest of the crew for always making me feel welcome and taking good care of me. 😊😊😊😊😊
