If you’re looking for quick tex-mex on the go this place has got you covered. Absolute fan of their breakfast tacos! It was my first time trying their beef fajita and it was okay, but I’ll probably stick with their carne guisada personally. The fajita was just a little too dry for my preference but still delicious. If you’re driving through and need a quick bite on the road I encourage you to give them a try :)
Everything was fresh made. Even tho it was close to closing time the grill was still fired up. You can hear the meat sizzling on the grill and after a few minutes the food was at the table. The restaurant was very clean. Talking with the locals they keep coming back because the food is consistently good.
Awesome delicious food at a good price and friendly staff, a must return to try additional food. Attentive staff definitely made it a relaxing atmosphere and my cozy eating plus. Definitely recommend this particular place for sure.
My food/order was so simple. 2 picidallo no tomato, with a side of rice. The food was seasoned so perfectly. My taco wasn't leaking through the bag, the potatoes were cooked down well. The rice was fluffy and and piping hot. I and my family will be back again.
My all-time favorite Mexican restaurant or restaurant period !! Soooo very delicioso and sabroso...I definitely do recommend this restaurant..we've been going to this place for many years ...all of my family loves it here ...& it's a bar & grill....BONUS YAS !!!
I’ve been in San Antonio for the past 13 years and this is the first time I have really enjoyed a delicious Mexican/TexMex meal. The only reason I gave service a 4 star is because everyone around us got chips and salsa and we were not given chips at all. Great prices and lunch specials. I recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants a taste of home cooking.
The food here has always been great as well as the service. The staff is always friendly. The breakfast is your usual Mexican fare, but the portions are decent and the prices good. The taste is great! The lunch and dinner eats are great as well. My wife and I love the Carne Asada with grilled Nopalitos!! The flavor is amazing!! The best I’ve had anywhere!! You definitely need to try this place out!!

This is some of the most delicious Mexican food you will ever find. Authentic flavor, great, friendly staff, fast service, and reasonable prices. The restaurant is always clean inside, too. I have been eating there for over a decade now.
Everything is consistently fresh and hot, you'd be hard pressed to find better carne guisada anywhere in town, and I don't mean to brag, but I'm somewhat of a conneseur when it comes to beef tips in gravy.
Servings are generous, sometimes I will take a third of my plate home for a snack later, but it's difficult most of the time when all that good food is right in front of you.
I recommend this place to everyone I know, and now I recommend it to all of y'all.
My go to Mexican restaurant. Every time I go the food is delicious and the service is pretty on point too! The chimichanga is amazing and giant! I can only ever eat a quarter of it. The chips and salsa are good and the salsa has just the right amount of kick to it. I always compare Mexican restaurants to this place now lol.
