Pizza Hut

It didn't let me down. I was craving some pizza so my wife and I went to Pizza Hut. I usually tend to stay away from Pizza Huts, but I'm glad we went to this one. The dinner is closed, so honestly that's the only reason why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars. Anywho, the customer service was excellent and pretty fast. Especially for everything we ordered. 15 - 20 minutes, but I believe ended up being about 17. We got a medium meat lovers pizza, some burning hot Buffalo wings (they were pretty spicy), and a creamy chicken Alfredo with breadsticks. The food was great and thanks to Celine and Justine we got the best customer service and was informed about some extra sauces we could get. The best Pizza Hut experience by far.

Ordered a large pizza and 8 wings, and they said it would be ready in 25 mins. We arrived at the restaurant exactly 25 mins later. Upon entering, the woman at the counter cashed us out and said it should be out shortly as she disappeared to the restroom. 20 mins later and multiple customers who had gotten there after us and left with their dinner and we’re still waiting, now wondering what could be the hold up. We finally ask an older gentleman about our order only to find out the order had been sitting in the warmer since before we had even gotten there. Needless to say our food was cold :( what a way to top off a rainy gloomy day

Went in today for a carry out, gave us ugly looks as we came in. All the employees were just hanging around in the dining area with no masks or any protective equipment. Was told to call next time and not come in. Was promptly rushed out of the store without receiving my full order but getting charged for all of it! They were extremely rude and lazy!

This the 2nd time I wait atleast 10mins after my scheduled time. But this time the Assistant General Manager... Corina, Catrina...was very UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. I expressed my frustration and she mocked me and continued agitate me even more. She put her hands up to her ears as if she couldn't hear me and made gestures with her hands for me to keep talking. Because my drinks were given to me when I arrived (20mins) I exchanged my warm drinks for cold drinks and she laughed and joked about me with a staff member. She told him.."she's having a bad day". I told the staff I felt sorry for them because they had to work with a manager like her. The staff was quiet and seemed afraid of her. She said..they like me, I've been working here for 18 years. They worst customer service I have ever had! On top of all that they didn't give me the ranch I paid for and the chicken wings were horrible AND small like popcorn chicken. Never going back. HORRIBLE SERVICE. *The employees must be giving these good reviews*LOL SMH
