Burger Boy On Potranco

Just came through tonight and I wasn’t able to get the name of the guy that took my order but his customer service skills were ON POINT! (Receipt says Bryan M.) As a General Manager for another quick serving restaurant, the experience that I had tonight was great! Suggestive ordering was there, hospitality was on the spot, and the food was hot and fresh! The facility looked clean in and out! All Team Members that I observed were all working and staying productive! My entire meal was A1 from the burger, to the fries, to my milkshake! This team deserves a good recognition! Great Job Burger Boy!

When fresh, Burger boy is unmatched for just a great greasy, cheesy, meaty burger. I can't stress enough how if you've only had it as takeaway, and had to let it sit around, that you need to dine in and have it piping hot. Would recommend over Whataburger any day. The fries are my absolute favorite type of fry, crinkle cut. The combination of the two makes this unmatched in my eyes.

Went for lunch at around 1pm; interior was clean, service was great, and the food was hot. This is a classic “fast food burger” done right. While I don’t know when my next visit would be (considering I’m from out of town, and the chain has no locations outside the San Antonio area), I will definitely be returning one day.

Walk in place is clean, playing some cool 90s rock. Place is small but has eye appeal. That is the best part of the experience. Large fries felt small, they were fresh but you can get these at the store. Chocolate shake was large, tasted like a frosty. It's the icy, gritty kind of shake, not creamy. Not a knock just what it is. The burger was fresh but average. They do have bacon, cheese and jalapeños add-on for charge too. Overall we pay 20 bucks so we can't complain. Certain chains would charge you 30 for the same stuff. It just seems that this is a place you eat at to say you ate there rather than because you want to.
