Salata

I give very few places 5 stars but I have to give Salata the full 5. I've been craving that salad ever since I tried it two weeks ago and I simply haven't had the chance to go back. But I absolutely will. I LOVED the whole setup, from the helpful and attentive staff to the layout of the dining area to the delicious assortment of ingredients and dressings. The ginger lime vinaigrette is the stuff of dreams! I had plump, juicy blueberries, abundant blue cheese crumbles, nuts, perfectly washed spinach, Herb marinated chicken, cucumber, and a whole lot more! I feel like such a fool but having tried this place. Easily one of the best news places I've tried in the last decade and it's been around the corner from me for years! The multigrain roll is also really tasty. I messed up and added the steak also. It was really tasty, but the salad didn't need two proteins. Truly a wonderful place where I felt full but not gross. The tea was fantastic also!

It's been awhile since I have been on my old stomping grounds! Food was great! Ingredients fresh & constant! Tomato Basil soup was amazing as always, even in the summer time, try it with croutons! The restaurant is cool and relaxing! Definitely recommend! A bit pricey for salads, but worth the treat! Service was ok, not much of a greet, not many smiles.

I love Salata, and I always have a great experience when I come, but last night the person helping me did not add any dressing into my salad. The salad tasted like lettuce. It was absolutely gross. I had asked her if I could try other dressings because I always get the avocado jalapeño ranch, and she let me try the chipotle and the tomato basil. Then she said her favorite was to mix all of those three. I kindly acquiesced to her recommendation and told her she could mix them. Well, I guess between her recommending and my kids telling them what they wanted next to me, who had waited patiently for me at the front of the line, to me asking for shrimp, she forgot to add the dressings, left my salad dry, and I bet she didn’t even know it! The salad had zero taste. If she did add dressing, the mixtures were a fail, or she didn’t put enough. What a disaster trying a bland salad that had no significant taste but tasted like nothing. My Avocado Ranch always taste amazing. Anyways, my dog, Sugar Rush, loved it, so it wasn’t total money in the trash. I’ll keep coming, and they honestly always leave me super happy each time, but this experience was awful for me. I didn’t have dinner. Do watch them to assure they don’t forget or to make sure they add enough; otherwise, Salata deserves a rating of a 5. I added pictures from a visit post the last review one. I also changed the rating. It’s a great place, prices are reasonable for all the ingredients you get, and the views are nice if you sit by the back window. The help is great also.

Today for lunch my coworker and I ordered from this location. I order the same wrap almost every time and it is always sooo good. But todays quality was so poor. I received a wrap almost filled with nothing! :( Usually my wraps are hapretty filled like my the photo of my friends wrap. I have not called the restaurant because this was my birthday reward I redeemed and I figure it was free! But a really disappointing birthday reward it actually was. I definitely did eat the wrap because I was so looking forward to it and am a 38 week pregnant hungry mom! Update: Thank you Edward for the multiple attempts to contact me and resolve this. There are new hires and they are being trained. My birthday reward was added back to my account to be used again. I will mention if you eat Salata and are not a part of the rewards program, DO IT! I sincerely appreciate it and the customer service you have given me!!
