Bill Miller's Laguna Madre Seafood Company

Living in San Antonio for 25 years, a man comes to love brisket. Returning home for a visit, Bill Miller's was no longer an option after converting to Islam. But I would possibly have an even better option. The catfish at Laguna Madre. Made with the same quality ingredients as its beef sibling, the sea food restaurant was amazing for "fast food". The staff were just as hospitable as I have ever had in San Antonio. Which we all know is one of the blessings of Texas. I can't say enough good things about the Launga Madre and am so happy my Dad can enjoy Bill's brisket and I can join him with my sea food from next door. Thanks for giving me something to look forward to eating when I go home.

Great customer service. Being originally from Mexico, I am highly critical of tacos in the US, but I need to admit that the Fried Fish Tacos are delicious. The tortilla appears to be homemade. The chipotle sauce could be spicy (it is not), but it is still good. Highly recommend the Fried Fish Taco Combo!

What can I say. My doctor has placed me an alternative diet because of my liver. Less red meat and pork, more chicken and fish. Needed to grab a bite and honestly, I typically ordered broiled or blackened. Not an option today, but their deep fried Cod blew me away. Look at that chunk of meet on my fork. Plump, juicy and cooked right so it was not greasy. Their creamy coleslaw is a nice change of pace from the typical vinegar based option at Brother Business Bill Miller’s. My doctor wouldn’t recommend every day, but when all the fast alternatives are burgers and fried chicken. This was a great choice.

Great seafood restaurant with friendly customer service. Our favorite is the number 1 combo which has fried fish, shrimp, creamy coleslaw, hush puppies & fries(I usually substitute their awesome hush puppies instead fries). They have a big selection of seafood in either grilled or fried. They also have amazing sweet tea that they are known for.

We absolutely loved their food. Amazing seafood for drive thru. We got: Fish sandwich- We think this is the best we have ever had in all of San Antonio. Loved the softness of the bread on this sandwich. Shrimp sampler- The blackened and fried shrimp was really good. The coconut shrimp was alright. We were not a big fan of the dipping sauce that came with the coconut shrimp. It reminded us more like orange marmalade jelly. Had more of a thick jelly consistency. Fries- we loved their fries. Mac & Cheese- amazing Cream Corn- loved this as well We cant wait to go back and try more of their food items. Really good seafood. To get here, make sure you are on the 1604 access frontage road going east towards 281. You cannot make it into the parking lot by taking the turn around at 281. Just a pointer.
