Trio Modern Mediterranean

The pita bread are fresh, the chicken my wife had was very tender and juicy, with savory flavor. The steak I had also savory in flavor albeit was somewhat chewy but still overall enjoyable. Not sure if the baklava are fresh and made in store, but had homemade traditional baklava and don't notice a difference. Love the healthier soda option, and awesome mint lemonade. Very refreshing.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and AMAZING food. They let us try different add-in options and sample some of the sauces to help make a decision. My son had the kids bowl with chicken that was really good, I had the pocket with gyro and it was phenomenal! Ingredient options I had were absolutely delicious. Wish we had one on my home town but we'll definitely be back next time we're in San Antonio. Thanks so much guys!

Ah-Mazing! We rarely visit this side of San Antonio. We happened to be in the area visiting furniture stores and came across this place. At first we assumed it was a casual dining restaurant. Much to our surprise it is a Meditterrean spin on Chipotle but BETTER! Hands down better and more flavorful. We ordered a steak bowls. The meat is shaved to order. We topped our bowls with a lettuce and rice combination, spicy hummus and several other Mediterranean condiments. Our meal came with a bread pocket, made fresh to order.

I ordered this today delivered through Favor and I have to say it was the best food I've had in a while! I got the salad bowl with spicy falafel, turmeric rice, tabbouleh, pineapple, olives and alot more! And they don't just give you four olives like someone else said. There were at least 6-7 in this mix of different ingredients. This is a great choice for #vegans! They clearly have a lot of items we can enjoy. It's tasty and I'm a little worried I might become obsessed especially since Favor delivers these guys. The bowls are quite big as you can see, plenty of food for the price.

This place is so great!! I personally had the salad bowl and added a ton of great stuff like gyro, hummus, a cool seasoned feta called "feisty feta" and topped it off with a really delicious garlic sauce. What I love most about this place is that they have a world of ingredients to add to your base, they all are incredibly fresh, and the staff are will let you try any ingredient you are on the fence about! So, you really can't go wrong with any topping. This restaurant also offers one item that totally blew my mind, and it's something similar to a pizza but it's on pita bread. I believe the one I tried had pita as the base and was topped with feta and gyro...maybe with a garlic sauce beneath the toppings. Let me tell you...AMAZING! They also have a great pastry and coffee shop inside adjacent to this area and every item looks so good. Will definitely be back!!

(06-21-18)It's a nice place to eat. The food isn't bad. It has good flavor. There are two TVs to watch if you're there by your self. They have beer there to drink. The air conditioning is cold! They were trying to freeze us out. Lol. It's probably the last time we go. It wasn't my cup of tea. The staff is excellent. The restrooms are clean. It's a nice place.

Holy Moly. This place is like Chipotle for Mediterranean food! Choose your base, your protien, and toppings. I got a salad with gyro meat and a myriad of deliciousness on top like spicy hummus, tabouli, baba ganoush, kalamatas, spicy feta, and yogurt dill dressing. I loved that for my salad, I could choose between romaine, spring mix, and arugula. Everything was super fresh and tasty. My husband and I both finished every last speck of food. They also have Maine Root soda on tap. The two of us ate for under $20! And there's a military discount! I found a new favorite HEALTHY fast food option!

I absolutely LOVE this place! The prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity. And the associates are kind, patient and happy to answer any questions you may have. It's a casual atmosphere with a great selection of ingredients available to choose from! I enjoy pastor and never thought of having it in a salad but it was beyond fabulous 🤗
