WOW, is all I can say. What a great team with the best vibe ever since my first Starbucks visit in 1994. Y’all should be proud of your customer service attributes as y’all possess a unique quality and a very comfortable, inviting atmosphere with a home like feeling. I just wanted to share our experience and say a thank you once again to Justin! We stopped by for the veterans day deal and were a bit confused on what was covered, after an unfortunate mix-up on our part, Justin graciously covered our order and was just so very kind. I truly hope him and his team are recognized for their amazing service. You guys rock! Also, the coffees were delicious.

I enjoy coming to this particular Starbucks. It can get pretty busy at times and sometimes the parking sucks but what do you expect for it being on Potranco RD, the street is already a nightmare to travel on 🤣. Other than that I haven't had a bad experience yet and all the baristas have been pretty awesome so far. I usually order cold brew or iced coffees so I can't speak on the specialty drinks, but I haven't had a bad coffee yet.

Good starbucks fast service and everyone's nice . It's better to park and go inside when the line is long ! Edit ** Last time i reviewed I gave a five star . That was two years ago . Still a five star, but would like to say out of ALL the other Starbucks locations near by this one ☝🏽 is the best . The staff is so nice and they always have me laughing or smiling by the time I pull away . Who doesn’t love that ! ⭐️ keep up the great work making someone smile goes such a long way .

I stopped in to do some doctoral work. It was extremely hot outside and I had my service dog with me. They were extremely accommodating, brought us both water, and told us to let them know if we needed anything else. I also got the Mango Dragon Fruit Refresher and the Egg Whites, which were both delicious. It was an excellent experience all around.

the cons of this location is 2 times i ordered uber eats delivery for an iced coffee and they delivered it hot. very disappointing in that situation. ive also gone in person and ordered an iced drink and been handed a hot drink multiple times. i can tell at this point who is gonna make my drink correctly and who isnt. the guys have it down for the most part, its usually the girl employees who mess up my order and lollygag around the store when people are at the front waiting to order. still go there regularly tho lol. if you arent satisfied just let them know.

Have you ever noticed that people have unreasonable expectations of Starbucks employees? When the line gets long here, like every other brick and mortar drive through, the employees apologize for the wait not only at the ordering speaker but at the window as well. Yet even when the line is almost non-existent, they still apologize for the delay. It makes me sad to think that the people who work here have to be in such a constant state of apology. Here's what I love about this Starbucks; the man who works the drive-thru, Justin, brightens my day any chance that he can get to quick small talk. There are times when the line is long and he's not able to chit chat, but he's still takes the time to smile at me and make eye-contact, which makes me feel seen. When I go inside to eat there are so many ladies working the counter making coffee and they are hard workers. I don't know how they do it, moving so fast making so many drinks. Could I make a peppermint mocha at home? Sure, but it would not taste like the magic that is Starbucks. So yes, I will wait in line a little bit longer for that magic formula because I'm not just paying for the delicious taste but also for the convenience. People should be more grateful and less self-centered. ❤️☕
