Small sandwich shop and worker recommended the Wicked sandwich. I'm glad I took his advice. It was filling and I even add jalapeños for a little kick. This may be my go to sandwich. The downside was shop was not selling fries.
My 88 year old parents live with us - Mom has dementia. They moved here from Richmond, VA where they very much enjoyed Steak and Shake. We rarely venture out with both of them anymore - very difficult with both in wheelchairs, but today we tried it. The smiles on their faces was well worth the trip

Some of the best fast food burgers you can get. Their shake flavors are also unique and fantastic. The young man who is the manager is extremely polite and I have always seen him be very helpful and courteous to all customers.
Very clean (restrooms too!) The staff is super friendly & fast. The food is amazing as always and is very reasonably priced! Being one of the last Steak n Shakes around anymore we come here often!

Customer service was good. They welcome you when you walk in. It has self service ordering kiosks. It's easy enough it just takes a bit. It was a calm atmosphere. Food came out fresh and quick.

Great service very friendly ! Food is great and place was so clean . i missed going here from when i was in Florida. I have been going to Freddie's but i like steak n shake way better so i was excited to see one in San Antonio. We will be back soon !
Strawberry shake was good, missing a little flavor but the loaded burger was great properly seasoned topped with a sunny side up egg, served with shoestring fries properly salted. Great customer service
One the best steak burgers I have ever had. I had the double cheese steak burger and it was awesome. Got a large order of fries to go with it too. I will definitely be coming back for more. Plenty of seating and they cook your food as soon as you finish ordering. Also, they are not expensive like so
Wait time was quick , the environment was great. Has that old school 80’s vibe. Burgers were very delicious. Unique taste, strawberry shake was very sweet and amazing. Friendly Employees, Great place 👍🏽
