Small sandwich shop and worker recommended the Wicked sandwich. I'm glad I took his advice. It was filling and I even add jalapeños for a little kick. This may be my go to sandwich. The downside was shop was not selling fries.

Very clean (restrooms too!) The staff is super friendly & fast. The food is amazing as always and is very reasonably priced! Being one of the last Steak n Shakes around anymore we come here often!

Some of the best fast food burgers you can get. Their shake flavors are also unique and fantastic. The young man who is the manager is extremely polite and I have always seen him be very helpful and courteous to all customers.

Customer service was good. They welcome you when you walk in. It has self service ordering kiosks. It's easy enough it just takes a bit. It was a calm atmosphere. Food came out fresh and quick.

My 88 year old parents live with us - Mom has dementia. They moved here from Richmond, VA where they very much enjoyed Steak and Shake. We rarely venture out with both of them anymore - very difficult with both in wheelchairs, but today we tried it. The smiles on their faces was well worth the trip to get there. Ashley, the Manager was over the top in helping us, the food was hot and it was delivered to the table for us. It was an experience I haven’t received in a restaurant in a very long time. We ordered food to go for my husband, as well as some milkshakes. Ashley followed us to the car as I wheeled first Mom and then Dad to the car. We will be back! Thank you to Ashley and the rest of the crew for a truly enjoyable, memorable time at the Alamo Ranch Steak and Shake!

One the best steak burgers I have ever had. I had the double cheese steak burger and it was awesome. Got a large order of fries to go with it too. I will definitely be coming back for more. Plenty of seating and they cook your food as soon as you finish ordering. Also, they are not expensive like some places are. Good prices

It has been a very long time since I've eaten at Steak & Shake. Not because I didn't want to. Where I moved from in Arizona there wasn't any. So, the last time I had there burgers was in 2011 when I was in St. Louis. The great taste I remember is still there. The condiment to Meat ratio is perfect, I can taste everything and nothing over powers the other flavors from the meat to the pickles to the dressings. Don't overlook this place if you want a really classic American burger!
