Last night, I ordered Pei Wei through the Favor app. As I eagerly awaited my food, I received a call from my Favor runner informing me of a problem.
The Favor system had gone down and the restaurant wasn’t able to use the runner’s Favor card to pay for the food.

On Mother’s Day there were only two men working here and provided amazing customer service. Kids were spilling drinks, customers being dirty, customers came in and out, and they handled everything well.
