My friend and I ate at Cane's for lunch. Wesley was very friendly, and he took our order. I was very pleased with his customer service skills. I will definitely come back to this Cane's again.

Quick service, crazy friendly staff, tables wiped down after each use. Toast was not warm and toasty. Chicken fingers, fries, and sauce are still delicious! Decent Arnold Palmer. Little more lemonade would have helped.

It’s so unusual seeing a young kid working hard this days!!!! He’s name is Ryan!!! The hour we were there he was making sure that our family and everyone else had full drinks and trash picked up non stop! We tried to tip him but he would not accept just said he was doing his job that’s exactly the employee every place would love to have thank you Ryan! 🤗🫶🏼💪🏼

Every time we come, there is a long line but they get us in and out very quickly. The food is always fresh and hot.

I get canes a couple times a week. Usually they are good. But sometimes they get my order wrong. NFXT means no fries, extra toast. Idk why some of the employees can’t get that right. Sometimes it’s a normal three finger combo with both fries and toast. But today I got extra fries, no toast. I’m very disappointed that employees can’t read letters. F is Fries and T is Toast.

First time at Raising Cane's. I was very happy with the quality of the food. Staff was friendly and kept the lobby clean. Chicken was juicy, Cole slow was very good. Fries were perfect. Can't wait until the one by my house is built.

My grandchildren really like Raising canes chicken and if you just don’t feel like the bread or cold slaw just let the know you’d like extra fries instead unlike everyone else they will do it. So pop on down and enjoy some wonderful chicken fingers and crispy fries and just ask and you’ll get it your way that cane’s they are delicious and puts there customers first. Service is via Drive thru is always quick no matter how long the line is. The food is always great and on par with other locations. I have not dined in, so I can't speak on the atmosphere in there.

We love this chicken more than most places around. We usually get the tail gater with added fries. The prices are decent. Employees are friendly and deal well with you. Their service is awesome. I've been to another fried chicken place across the street by McDonald's and the state of their business and employees is poor. We will keep coming back to Canes! The only draw back is that the parking lot can be tight when the drive thru is wrapped around the building.

Food is great - always. Have never had an issue no matter what location I have gone to. The Alamo Ranch location this time could have used some help with cleanliness. Almost all of the empty seats were dirty. But not bad enough for me to leave.
